4/24 about 8:45pm my 2 children and I walked into the restaurant to order.. as we always dine in to eat, I had mentioned the cashier that we were dining in, she stated that they were done giving out trays, but could our food would be in a bag.. as my name was being called, I had to walk over to your manager, apparently was I was standing (the same area door dashers pick up their orders) to retrieve my food... at that time, nothing was said to me about the dining area being closed, no signs, all seat and chairs were still dirty, we found the bedt table as possible (still not cleaned) to sit down to eat... after 5-10in eating, your manager walked over and said to me that the dining area was closed.. I shook my head ok, but I wasn't going to pack up my food after already getting comfortable to eat... 5 minutes later, she walked back over and ask were we almost done..... its now maybe 9 o'clock when the place doesn't close for another hour... she also had words with someone esle and tried to take their food from them, as he also sat down to eat before 9... very very unprofessional, when even trying to explain to her about how to fix this issue, she didn't even listen... there is a clear sign on the door about what time the place closes, but nothing about what time the dining area is open... if this is true, cashiers and managers should make that clear, or even a visible sign that states that... in which there wasn't!!! Also decided to start cleaning right behind our table, pulling out chairs purposely hitting the back of my chair twice..your manager did apologize but the first worker did not, as if making my experience more...

Read moreThis Chick fil a is super close to my house but I prefer the one on Columbus Blvd to this. I usually order through the app to cut back on time standing in line. Im aware they do not start orders until you confirm youre there. Theres a separate area for mobile orders. Whenever a woman (specifically Chesney who has a cute Lisa Bonet vibe) is put in charge of it I know the waiting time is only being caused by a backup of orders. When a man is in charge of the area....its a different story. They never call out anyones name. They wander off in to the back and dont return for a while. They usually stand around with their teeth in their face. The boy with the box braids got distracted for several minutes staring at some woman's BBL. I cant even tell you his name because he makes sure to wear a jacket over his name badge because he probably knows the fact that he cant perform a menial task is so embarrassing.
