Before i moved i used to always order from the one on Erie Ave and I was always satisfied with the food and service. But now that I moved i have to order from the Olney location. I have ordered pizza from here that does not taste the same as the one on Erie Ave and its disappointing. Every year for my twins bday we order 4 pizzas and they r a hit, I even have requests on what type of pizza I should get this year but im thinking about just ordering from Erie and then going to pick it up because it tastes better. Im not sure y the food tastes different at different locations but there is a clear difference in taste and presentation. Hipefull the pizza can get better but until then i will have to go somewhere else.

I need to add an edit to my review. This place has got to have the worst customer service. I placed an order for delivery for a cheesteak with black pepper, ketchup, and oregano. Raven, the person who took my order, was so busy laughing and socializing with someone in the background that she put in ketchup, fried onions, and oregano. Plus, the sandwhich arrives with pickles which is not even on the receipt. When I called back to get the correct sandwhich, she acted like I was inconveniencing her and she got the attitude with me. Then she proceeds to tell me I have to wait yet another 45 mins for my correct sandwhich. I ask why, and she snaps at me that I can just take a credit. I explain that I would like a sandwhich and she was more worried about me giving back the sandwhich that was wrong. She then says perfect and hangs the phone up on me. I do not understand how you can put the order in wrong, then not even make the sandwhich according to the incorrect order, i ask for a replacement and I get treated like I did something wrong, SMH.
I have not ordered from here in a while because the last few times the customer service has been terrible. I thought I would give it another chance and I can see nothing has changed. I think im just done with ordering from here, I have had enough bad...
Read moreI ordered 6 pizzas online after a phone conversation confirming that the time I put on the order form would be the time of delivery. At the scheduled time, 5:30 pm, there were no pizzas. I contacted the restaurant to be told it was walking out the door.
After 20 minutes, I called back and was told the driver should be there. He wasn't. I called back and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude to tell me he couldn't help me and to talk to the manager.
I said, thank you, I would like to talk to the manager. About a minute later, the same guy came on the phone and I asked for the manager again. I was placed on hold. At this point, it is 5:55 pm.
The manager gets on the phone already annoyed. I begin to explain the situation and the manager disrespectfully ask me what I want him to do and that he was sitting besides the last person that answered the phone.
As I try to explain this is the 3rd time I've called, he begins raising his voice and over talking me.
My pizzas, which I've spent over $100 for have yet to appear and it is 30 minutes past the delivery time.
The manager was rude, belligerent, and aggressive. He chose to be argumentative instead of helpful or provide even slight customer service.
He told me it's Saturday and I'm not the only person ordering. I reminded him that this order was placed hours earlier and that I shouldn't be responsible for the poor planning of himself or his staff.
I was told to accept the food or not.
With no resolution, I did hang up. A calmer party then called on my behalf because I was now dealing with 25 7 and 8 year old that were hungry.
The manager was loud and rude to the calmer party, even hanging up on them. He was shouting so loudly, you could hear him even though the phone was on the person's ear.
This store has proven not to be trustworthy of one's time or respectful of their customers.
I'm completely sure that this location is poorly managed and isnt capable of handling large orders.

Read moreRED FLAGS! Just moved to this area 3mths ago. 3 things:
Placed a phone order for a mush cheesesteak and a mush cheesesteak hoagie. After telling the order taker what I wanted on each, he gave me a total that seemed wrong. When I asked about it he said "oh you want two? With the same things on it?" 😩Mind you when I ordered, my phrases included "2 mush cheesteaks....on both...on one also add..." all of which I had to repeat from the beginning. One still showed up without mushrooms. Baffling but overall good. Mistakes happen. Whatever.
Today decide to try again, place order online. I like to have my order in writing anyway. Ordered chs burger platter. Burger comes closed.... basically sealed by the cheese on top and mayo on bottom. So I have to peel the bread off to add the toppings that came with it. Then the condiments for the fries were wrong. Only thing that makes it worse is the lovely receipt stapled to your bag that has the condiments highlighted! Little things....
My 3rd issue is weird. I moved from an area that is nowhere near here or anywhere they would deliver to. I didn't even know City View Pizza & Grill existed until 3 months ago. So why is it when I login to place an online order my old address comes up with all my old credit cards? So now I have to research who they're system is connected to so that I can find why out how all of my information (that i have since deleted) was already in the system for a place that I never ordered from. That's a...
