In & Out Express Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Not sure why my girlfriend decided to order from this location versus our usual In & Out on Ogontz Ave. Ordered 2 cheese steaks and fries. I specifically asked the ignorant sounding young lady if they had pepper jack cheese....she said no and went over the options they had. We confirmed I wanted Mozzarella Cheese....After waiting an hour....why did my hoagie come with disgusting Wiz Cheese all over it? Called back they immediately offered to send out a correction for the or mistake but I would have to wait another 45min!!! I called back a third time and some with the manager who offered me a small discount. Hopefully my corrected order is made without any special sauces especially during this pandemic. Pray for me y'all my concern is real.... Overall.....customer service was better after the first young lady stopped speaking to me begrudgingly. I appreciated the correction and discount for Tue wait time and inconvenience. I am usually in bed by 10pm so this better be worth it since I will have a tough time waking up for work in the morning. I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza today @4:14pm and was told that it would be done in 10min. I was at the store at 4:23 pm and paid the young lady cashier for my order. The Mgr/owner that took my phone order earlier was busy on the phone taking other orders for 15mins before he hung up. Then it took him another 5 mins to get everything on track at the different stations. However, my pizza was sitting on top of the oven the whole 20 minutes and the only thing that the Mgr would say is take the pizza or I'll give you your money back! I took the pizza the 2 blocks home and when I tasted it should have gotten my money back. The pizza was cold!!! At least he could have offered to bake me another pizza or give me a discount on my next order. But all he would say is that the young cashier was new and to take it or leave it! They are lucky and like their pizza because I've owned restaurants in the past and if customers are not satisfied I can do a charge back to my card for the $13.99 but that's being petty. I just picked up my order and there was a LONG piece of hair in the cheesesteak. BTW, I’m bald. It was not on top of the steak but in it.
