Frankford Library — Attraction in Philadelphia

This library is the worst. Staff are rude to people. Not welcoming or willing to help, don't do their jobs politely. Their attitude sucks. Staff often have conversations amongst themselves that consists of rude comments towards visitors & callers. Then you got all the drug users visiting the library as well, which can be very annoying, I apologize that I had to say that but it's true. Bathroom nasty, never no hand soap to use. Plus, they often be closed for dumb stuff, which is an inconvenience especially when you really have to do something important. Bottom line, this...

The worst experience of my life. I have been offended by the cultural way of speaking. how can they have someone who confuses kindness because he wants honors of dialects. I speak to him with respect and kind because I'm like that. I was educated at this time, not with the old way that this server knows. The old libaray was nice and comfortable so is the new looking one. The personal of the old one could not be any nicer. And very helpfull. Co grads to them all including security guards too.
