If I could I would give a solid 0! Ordered for delivery end up going to the store to pick it up. Bunch of pizzzas just sitting there waiting to be delivered. No Long story short I get home and the pizza is a hot mess! I eat dominos often and I’ve never had a pizza that look like this. When I pulled a slice the pizza separated broke apart. Weird right? I’m thinking it’s too hot but it wasn’t hot at all and I’ve had piping hot pizza from my other location which I should have just drove to. I called the store I get placed on the phone with a person claiming to be manager and he acting as if he don’t know what I’m talking about. Keep telling me the pizza is made in a pan which I know I get it Often and it never broke about like this. I flip the pizza over and idk if this was made on cheese stick bread but it was a mess. Hopefully I’ll have my money back soon. Oh it’s sad the manager hung up in my ear to the point I had to call back to see when will I be refunded. He refused to get back on the phone. Poor leadership unfortunately. Anywho I’ll just drive to the art museum location customer service is A1 and pizza always on point! For the manager who act as if he couldn’t understand what I met when I said the pizza was falling apart here are pictures!! How is the top sliced and look like a pizza and the bottom part not sliced the same way it has its own lines and dimensions ? Can someone explain this?? The last two pictures are my recent pictures of pizzas (hot and cheesy) from the dominos I actually usually go to (ART MUSEUM by the Target) . Do y’all see the difference in appearance! They don’t look all dry and burnt! When I pull those pizzas they actually didnt break apart!!! If you are looking for good pizza I highly do not recommend this location!!!!!! The manager did offer to make me another pizza but I wasn’t driving back around there and not to mention their hand washing wasn’t it. Collecting money running the register and making pizza...
Read moreIf 0 was an option…… placed an order at 841 pm. Food arrived at 1040pm! Did I mention that the location is probably 1 mile from home, but why go get it when you pay for the convenience of delivery! App said your order is on the way, at 903 p.m. called the store at 10, a young lady tells me it is out for delivery. Driver arrives with a cold pizza and tells me, sorry- I got pulled over. ??? What in the lie way to heaven is going on. Then I get a text that says, sorry- here is a coupon for a future delivery. What would make them think I want to order from them EVER again? I call the store they tell me, sorry. Let me credit you a medium pizza- why? I ordered an extra large 2 topping pizza and dip (that I did not receive)…GIVE ME MY MONEY.. Then the young man tells me, I can only refund you if you return the pizza. Did I mention that at this time it is 1130 pm. I asked when will that be, tomorrow. I am mindblown….how is this allowed under the Domino brand? This is beyond 30 minutes....
Read moreMy food use to come from 44th & chestnut location until this location opened up. The moment my address was transferred to this location, it’s been nothing but bad experiences behind bad experiences. I normally order the same consistent order each time, which consist of Alfredo bread bowl. My bread bowl consistently comes DRY, bread in a plate form instead of bowl form like it’s suppose to be, and sometimes the bread be so burnt, the noodles are stuck to it and can’t even pretend to eat it. I’ve called this location many of times asking to speak to a manager but the manager is never “available”. This is location is HORRIBLE and makes dominos look SO bad as a brand. I NEVER leave reviews, but since i can never speak to a manager, this is my only choice. Please get it together, i love dominos way too much for this (or consider allowing me to change back to the store that i use to order from before...
