If I could give negative stars then I definitely would!!! I ordered almost a week ago through the App on Saturday. I waited about an hour and nothing. So I called and a women said that they only had two delivery drivers and that they were busy. I understood this so I waited patiently. I hits 2 hours and still don't have my food. The women who answers now says they are down to one drive and that my order should be going out soon. By this time the store was closing. I kept calling and luckily I was able to get someone who said my food would be coming. After waiting 4 HOURS, I just gave up and figured that i was not getting any food. The next day I call and ask to FINALLY have my food delivered and the person says they cant give out free food. Which I do not understand since i had already paid for it. She says i will have to talk to a manager and to call back after 6 pm. So i called back at 6:30 and they tell me that they are busy and to call back in about 30 min. SO i gave them time and called back and they still said the Manager was busy. So at this point i told them something needs to happen and i want my food and or a refund. They said if they closed and my food wasn't delivered that my order would be cancelled and i would be issued a refund in 2-3 days. So i had to put in another order in which i paid cash for and they forgot all the extra sauces that i was charged for. It has been almost a week and still no refund and everytime i call the store they say that the managers are too busy to talk to me. This store will never have my business again!!!
I tried to order again a few days ago and it happened again. I ordered food on the app and an hour goes by i received a call saying they dont have the brownie or any pasta. I understood that it happens so the cashier asked me for a new order and i gave it to him. I though all was settled then another hour goes by and i called and they have no record of my new order. This store is sooo bad they're so inconsiderate when things go wrong with your order and wont compensate you in any type of way and on top of that they will STEAL YOUR MONEY. I made an order on 2/14 for an alfredo bowl. I stay at a residential hall at temple so I've heard about this store and how slow they are to deliver. I waited 2 hours before calling to ask about the status and the man said it was out for delivery. After about 45 mins I called again to ask if they would call before delivering my order. Once again I live in a residential hall so anyone can take my food if they just drop it off and don't say anything. She said yes. I called again about 30 mins later and the man said it was delivered. WTFFF. I was told I would get a call I even asked again to make sure. Of course my food was no longer there and the store didn't care. They hung up the phone on me multiple times after I expressed to them that this was not my fault in and indeed theres all because they didn't do one simple thing and call me to let me know when my food had arrived. They only compiled after I said I was coming up to the store and so they decided to make my order again. I actually wanted a full refund but instead I asked to be refunded of my delivery fee which was 5 dollars and the MANGER DECLINED. She had no sympathy at all. She said I should either cancel the order or take it so I told them to refund me the order I did over the phone and I'll pay again in store which would subtract the delivery fee. It has been 2 weeks I still have not received my refund and after looking at previous reviews I see this is something they do on a regular. This is unacceptable I cant believe they’re still open. Read moreI have been often lied to about delivery times, availability of the items I ordered, and credits for incorrect or missing items at this point.
Tonight was the final straw ad they forgot a 2ltr of soda. The driver blamed it on the store (this is a lie. Drivers are often the only employees to notify me about missing stock right before they leave) and claimed that he was going back for it. I live about five minutes from the store via car. Even with other deliveries (which I did not see myself in his car) it would have taken a maximum of ten minutes to get the missing soda back to me.
It's a 20 minute walk one way for me. I don't mind but my food is often cold once I'm back and the one bus there and back is unreliable. The few times I have tried that I got home even later than normal.
In any case I called the store since I only had the driver's word and was told only then that I would be getting another flavor. I asked about other flavors and was told that I had no choice. I was not called about this beforehand and am often expected to just except whatever flavor they seem appropriate. There have been times where 2ltr sodas werentw avaipabav and I was given two 20oz bottles instead, again not even in the flavor I asked for.
I called again 30 minutes later and was told that the original driver came back, forgot my soda and left. I was told that another driver would be sent out at that time. This time when I asked the different employee in the phone I was given flavor options.
20 minutes later I called again and was given the excuse that the closer houses are delivered to last. Even with that being the case it doesn't make sense for ono person to wait over an hour vs another to wait an additional 10 minutes.
