This place was depressing. You know, as a problem when the employees are saying I'm not supposed to be on this station. I am supposed to be on food. He's supposed to be over here.I sat there.They replaced and remade a sandwich three times. The guy started working on my order. He gave it to him and said, "Finish it." He put cold brew in the mixture. It was supposed to be for the tea then got angry.He had to pour it out, unfortunately, I was in a rush, but going somewhere else. When I finally taste my ice coffee.And when my son fairly tastes his tea. It was disgusting, we call customer service.It was that bad. To describe it, it was watered down and burnt. Then the manager came over.I guess she called herself helping, but her disposition was so disgusting. She asked me what was I waiting for I showed her both phones. And then she told me, "No baby girl, you are doing too much.How can I look at both at one time. I'm thinking to myself, you just asked me which order is mind I show u and then that happen. Read moreThe staff was very unprofessional, I mean I know it’s Dunkin and we don’t expect you to be whit collar but some human decency would be nice. I ordered and was about to be charged for an extra .30 for vanilla shots of which the container had no shot pump on might I add. I mentioned it to the cashier he said “it’s extra for 4 shots” I replied well “give me the regular amount you put in where it isn’t extra”. Of which that became a problem, the lack of customer service there is beyond ridiculous. I had to take my coffee the way they wanted me to have it because every time I tired to put my input it was a problem. No other way to describe it besides ghetto, I’ll never stop there again. Read moreI’ve stopped at this location a couple of times through the drive thru and I’ve always ended up driving off because their drive thru is super slow! Today I was able to place an order and the one who took the order was very pleasant, however the lady that took the payment and handed my drinks was NOT customer friendly! I greeted her; got no response. Then when she handed me my drinks she was laughing with her coworkers and as soon as she came up to the window she put a serious face back on! Honestly I regret even saying hello and thank you to her! Some of these employees need to be trained on how to treat customers! It’s not customers fault you’re unhappy or frustrated whatever the case may be. We all go there with one purpose which is to get food and most likely head to work after!
