Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I parked & went in bc I thought it was empty & I was in a rush to work when I get in it's one person ordering ahead of me & a cop talking down the end where you pickup the food anyhow after the person order I was waiting for a bit the cashier said hold on walked over to do something came back still waiting I gathered he maybe was new anyhow I finally get to order the person before me comes back said can he get his coffee while waiting for his food he still waiting some more the cop continues to keep talking with the staff by the end where you get your food at took maybe 15mins before the customer before me & myself to get a little upset & asked what's talking so long for us thing's when a staff yells something out & put the bag down the customer before me upset said about time takes the food & go 5 more mins go by I walk up & asked about my order they said we sent it out already well yes the customer took my food upset didn't notice bc he was really waiting long however the cashier says we have it away I said well it to me can I get my order it's no my flut & I really need to leave already here it's been more then 20mins & nobody else has came in he asks a manger etc the manger was also talking with ppl he was about the only one that knew what was going on & got my stuff & out the door I will say it's my 2nd time to this D&D I don't think I'll return I rather go to a better area... I sent my spouse in and he paid with my Dunkin rewards app. He ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a large hot latte Carmel swirl this morning at Dunkin On hunting park ave in Philadelphia. Since I’m at work he brought it to me. He said the lines were crazy and was waiting since 7:52 am to finally place his order at 8:01 am. Order number #5146 for reference. He had a receipt and they gave him the wrong order they gave him an iced latte instead of hot. He advised the lady there and she corrected the drink and kept the receipt. So I don’t have the receipt since they kept the original receipt. But I’m writing this complaint because the bagel was burnt the seeds from the everything bagel was all burnt out and I tried to ignore it and take a bite because I was hungry but the bagel was stale as well. It feels like I’m chewing gum or something with the way it is so stale. I tried to call the store and it was disconnected that’s why I’m writing this complaint. If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service! The disrespect and attitude is truly revolting. We were placing our order and we had asked for chocolate donuts, we were told they didn’t have any chocolate frosting so, we just asked if they at least had Boston cream. The woman who took our order who was extremely unprofessional said “ didn’t I tell you we ain't have no chocolate”? The response was embarrassing. We told her we were just asking and therefore to take it easy. She kept yelling how she didn’t have chocolate, continued to talk over my dad trying to place his order asking what did they have? The manager who was also extremely unprofessional came out yelling and telling us that the girl said there’s no chocolate to cancel our order and to get out. They continued to yell through their mics in which we couldn’t even understand them anymore and we gladly left. I would not recommend going here what so ever.
