This location has the WORST customer service. The lady that took my order when I first walked in (waiting behind two customers that was bundling their coats): “can I help you?” When she should’ve said: “hi. Are you ready to order?” or “hi, may I take your order?” When placing my order a specific way, the lady kept asking if I wanted whip cream. If I said, “medium hot latte, caramel and no sugar,” then that’s that. If I wanted whip cream, I would’ve said it. She asked again, I said “just caramel.” The cashier asked the lady if there was whip cream (not like there’s a price difference): “I kept asking but she kept saying caramel.” The lady making my order asked again, so I nodded no. This was rude that she talked about me like I was not there. The cashier didn’t even ask me herself and didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. NO interaction at all from her - NO greeting, did NOT say the total of the transaction but just looked at me instead, AND did NOT thank me after I paid. No words were spoken by her to me, as a customer who should’ve been appreciated to spend my money to support this business location. Idk who trained or raised her, but this is displayed as rude. After the transaction, the associate that rang my order continued talking to her coworker. So gossiping is more important than delivering satisfactory customer service skills? They have to understand that the service they deliver (or in this case, don’t deliver) can affect one’s whole day. I went inside ordered a donut , sandwich and two hash browns an a hot chocolate. I received my food and donut within 3 minutes ,I looked up as asked was that my hot chocolate being mad in the coolata machine , nothing being measured correctly just free styling so i asked for my money back because now i don’t have any additional time to wait here for them to free style another way of hot chocolate. The lady kept insisting they don’t do refunds they can only just try to make it another way . So one of the gentleman in there offered a cooler beverage in replacement since they refused to give me my money back .    Read more95% or more of the staff at this store are awesome, it is a shame to penalize the whole lot for one person, but I have to. Over the past month, maybe two, there has been a particular male working the drive through who does not communicate well at all. Leaves you waiting to be told they have the order, doesn't give you a total so you can have money ready when you get to the window, give you the wrong order, forgets straws for cold drinks, forgets sugar on the side, skips items entirely. I have no problem with people who speak English as a second (or more) language, kudos to them, I have only the very most basic understanding of other languages so they are ahead of me. But if you're going to work directly with the customer you need to be able to communicate. I pass easily 10 other DDs on my commute, I'll go to another from now on.
