Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

New manager and assistant manager. Friendly workers, sometimes very busy with a wait due to online and door dash/Uber eats orders but always worth it. Very attentive and accommodating workers. Sharon, Marc, and Cash are all stars. Order ahead during morning work rush if you're pressed for time but if not sit and have a feel good chat with them. I can be in a bad mood and leave happy caffeinated and laughing by the time my stuff is done. And I'm a weird finicky orderer and they deal with me happily. Also they keep all the flavor shots in stock. Every time. Back up staff is great and they've added a new kind girl who's name escapes me...sorry Boo, but you're great too....

It’s funny seeing “Fresh donuts” or “my donut wasn’t warm “ they do not make donuts in the building, no Dunkin’ does, all Dunkin’ gets their order before 4 am so if you’re coming after 9 am they are not fresh. A week ago 11/2/20 I had a ice coffee they poured old coffee in the ice coffee batch and I had a stomach virus 11/6/20 I’m fully recovered. I know it was the coffee I didn’t eat anything at all that day but the coffee. I drink Dunkin daily and tip almost every day and never went through that until I started coming here. I go to work there before work every day the men are respectful the women are ignorant nasty and unprofessional they had kids working with the food not paying attention and very nasty with there mouth so I don’t think I can come back there they all tried to come across the counter I’m now still trying to contact management no kids should be in that area and then the staff father of her kids was there she was making him all these free ice coffee until he liked one she said forget the customers was focused more on the children that’s peeping food that...
