USUALLY I HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE BUT TODAY AS I ALWAYS DO EVERYDAY I CAME TO GET MY DUNKIN STRAWBERRY ENGERY PUNCH AND A STRAWBERRY AND VANILLA BEAN COOLATTA AND AFTER WAITING 5MINS A STAFF MEMBER BY THE NAME ALI SAID WE DONT HAVE STRAWBERRY DUNKIN ENERGY PUNCH AND I SAID TO HIM YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU HAD IT USUALLY THEY WOULD HAVE SAID THEY DIDNT BEFORE YOU COME TO THE DRIVE THUR WINDOW. I WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE COOLATTA BUT I DIDNT WANNA BE RUDE SO I TOOK IT. THANK GOD I LIVE A FEW BLOCKS OVER BECAUSE I HAD TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK BECAUSE HE DIDNT GIVE ME THE VANILLA BEAN. SO WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE I CALMLY ASKED FOR THE MANGER AND ALI TOLD ME HE WAS THE MANAGER ON DUITY I LET HIM KNOW THAT HE DIDNT PUT ANY VANILLA BEAN IN THE DRINK. IN A VERY NASTY TONE HE SAID I DID AND HE THEN PROCEED TO ASK DO YOU WANT ME TO ROLL THE CAMERA BACK TO SHOW YOU. I SAID TO HIM THAT ONE HIS TONE IS UNNECCSSARY AND I TOLD HIM THAT I COME HERE EVERYDAY AND HE SAID HE KNOW AND I SAID I KNOW HOW THE DRINK IS SUPPOSED TO BE. I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK HE SAID OK IN THE MOST NASTY WAY AND PROCEEDED TO GIVE CASH AND I SAID TO HIM I PAID ON MY CARD I WOULD LIKE MONEY RETURNED THAT WAY PLEASE. HE SAID YOUR NOT GETTING IT BACK ON YOUR CARD YOUR GETTING CASH. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT ONCE AGAIN I DID NOT WANT THE CASH AND HE SAID HE CANT GIVE IT BACK ON MY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TRAIN HIM TO DO THAT. SO I SAID TO HIM YOU HAD ME WAIT AND YOU MESSED UP MY ORDER AND NOW YOUR TELLING ME YOU CANT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THE WAY I PAID. HE SAID NO IN A NASTY TONE AND MADE A FACE AT ME TWICE. I THEN SAID IT WAS FINE I NEEDED HIS NAME AND SUPERVISOR AS WELL AS COOPERATE NUMBER. HE TOLD ME HE DONT KNOW COORERATE NUMBER. I ASK HIM HOW ARE YOU A MANGER WHO DONT KNOW COORPERATE NUMBER, IR HOW TO DO A REFUND, AND YOU HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE. I HAD TO TELL HIM NOT TO BE RUDE BECAUSE I AM A CUSTORMER THAT COMES EVERYDAY AND I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM HE SAID IM GIVING YOU ATTITUDE BECAUSE YOUR GIVING ME A ATTITUDE. Drive-thru has cars backed up out to the street, which inevitably blocks in customers who can be bothered to park their vehicles and walk into the actual store and interact with actual people face to face rather than hem and haw about which donut varieties the store currently has. And that's the other knock on this place. I don't really enjoy DD to begin with, but the selection of donuts to choose from is severely limited, and the options that ARE there for the choosing are basic, bare bones, boring, bland, blahzey blah, biscuits of bread barely breaking barriers in some bake off battle bonanza. There's chocolate, glazed, jelly filled, cream filled, bear claw, apple fritter, and the Munchkin holes from a chocolate and a glazed. Need more choices. Entering, parking, and leaving the parking lot was a morning headache I can do without. The service inside was excellent. Store looks clean and tidy. Woulda been in and out if not for The Ringling Brothers And Car Jammed In An Alley Circus. I'll have to pass on this one. But if I did indeed, in fact, run on Dunkin, I'd still just hit up a Wawa. They got a bigger selection of Wawa brand donuts than D and D has of their own. Employees were all working hard to fill orders and were on top of their game. Read moreI post my order online expected to be ready by the time I got Uber there it should have only took app a few minutes because I was in the parking got to the window they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about I said I just placed an order you don't have it They looked around and looked around and I said do you want me to come and park in the parking lot and they said yeso I went and parked in the parking lot and waited and waited Then I went inside after waiting a while I went To the counter nobody acted like they knew what I was talking about meanwhile 5 to 6 other people came in and Came through the drive through and I was still waiting in the lobby arearlier I got up from the chair went to the counter again and said do you have my order then and only then did they see the slip and told the girl to make it for me I asked them for a complimentary coffee he said no you have to pay for it I said after all that waiting are you going to make me pay for coffee OK I will never come back here again and I will tell all my friends not to come back here again. If I knew I had to come in the store and get my food after placing my order in the drive thru. I would have gone somewhere else.
