Kabobeesh Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This was my first time ordering from Kabobeesh. As a matter of fact, this was my first time ordering delivery in a long while. I was so hoping for a good experience. My order was scheduled to arrive at 5:42 then changed to 5:57, did not arrive at until about 6:15. They called to let me know that they were out of the ice cream we wanted so we chose what they had . The driver did not bring the ice cream with the order so I called them back to tell them and I was told that it would arrive in 10 minutes. About 20 minutes later I contacted support (which was great). Bottom line the 10 minute ice cream came an hour later. Also, I asked for oil and vinegar dressing and got Ranch and Caesar. I ordered blue cheese dressing for my wing dings and got honey mustard. The food was good and fresh but cold, had to nuk everything. So if you don’t mind the delays and other hiccups this might be a good choice. The salad had a bug in it when I went to eat it. It was a generous amount so I didn’t eat it all in 1 day. Desi folks don't deserve to be in business, They should rather be working in a coffee shop or McDonald's. I ordered 3 cheese burgers and were supposed to be ready in 5-10 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes, and they still asked me to wait. Finally, after 25 minutes, they gave me boxes when I opened & and saw that instead of burger buns, they used the bougette roll, and even beef patty was half uncooked half burnt. I asked them that what is this? Oh, we are out of buns. So next time you go out of bun, then use chapati or Naan instead and still call it buger. No refund, no exchange, and asked to grab a free soda, which is sick. It was lunch for my workers, and I didn't want to waste any more time for another order, so I left quietly. Good luck with...

Located at 40th and Chestnut St., (available free lot parking), my server was Humaira, and her attentive welcome was very professional, as she showed me the sumptuous varieties on the menu. She made helpful suggestions, then, asked, what I would like. I chose a harmonious pairing of chicken, lentils, peas, rice, nan, salad, and mango juice. I have eaten here before, and I highly recommend this amazing restaurant. The cuisine is absolutely, delicious. The helping, more than abundant! I would eat here, everyday, if I lived closer.
