I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Easy, for a cook,chef,or a very young house mom ect... It was hideous disgusting and just plain nasty !!! My son who eats everything would not eat it... let's get to it. The chicken was black I believe, was a piece of a brest chopped just enough to hold pockets of nasty brown (not sauce like I thought )residue all over everything black just no care at all the seasoning had no taste, and I also taste a bit of old fridge food or freezer burnt CROSS COTAMANAITED ALL OVER THIS PLACE !!! (now that don't always mean sick. You better pray I don't...) Romaine lettuce all center stalks a lil green never seen a romaine no leaf not heard of rite. Red and green peppers I can tell a lil old now did not affect the taste just texture for the green yuck... cucumber 😔 was ok... tomato was big pieces did not taste that, however looks ok...onion was sliced very thin and gave me the hard end piece as well... olive I guess normal...egg had a big black/brown spot on it...just not appealing to look at, nasty to taste no care in plating and no car for this community... NEW CONCEPT FOR WEST PHILADELPHIA CLEAN AND SAFE FOOD... AND YET( THIS IS NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT) IS STILL OPEN AND DOING GOOD NO A LOT OF BUSINESS... THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE FOOD WE SHOULD BE EATING 🤬😡🤢 I will give an update if needed... And I never give a bad review unless it's to this magnitude, respect your business or lose it...new campaign respect your business or...

My daughter and I made an over the phone pick-up order. The order was for a cheese steak & a fish hoagie with mayo, ketchup, black pepper, raw onions, tomatoes and lettuce no salt & no cheese. We pulled up the order a minute away from being ready. We grabbed our drinks and some cheese cake paid for it all and left. Got in the car my fish hoagie had cheese on it. My daughter immediately went back in, because she was the one paying for all of this; informed them of the mistake. They tried pulling off the cheese and handing her back the same hoagie. She politely declined that move and asked to be made a whole fresh fried fish hoagie. My daughter asked to leave the old one visionable so we can be certain that we're not getting that same recycled hoagie. We watched them for a few minutes and felt like they're granting us out request. We steps out the door to the car for the last minute or so and he comes to the car about 4 minutes later with a brown bag. We say thank you so much Sir. We gets home and this is what I got; poor quality and dishonesty. Liars, deceitful, manipulating cons. Your business spent us for our $40 Sir. Your apologies aren't sufficient...

So this was my first time ordering from this place and i was very skeptical aboout especiallywhen im used to ordering from other places. The...food here was really really good. I ordered the Shrimp and chicken over rice. Along with 10 mild buffalo wings which were just how I like my wings.😊 However the chicken on my rice platter was a tad bit over cooked so it didn't have the juicy tender taste that I was looking for but the rice and everything else was amazing and also satisfying. Nicely portioned as well and I have a little bit left over...lol Wings of course are gone...lol Nothing was missing and Muhammad was very nice over the phone when I placed my order. Customer service even down to the delivery driver was wonderful. I love the fact that he called once he was out front with my food. You definitely have a new customer. I'll be back to try the Steak pizza...
