This will be the last time that I patronize this Kentucky Fried chicken this crew at the drive-through is so unprofessional, so rude, so so so unqualified to be working there. There has not been a time that I have not been spoken to rudely, with the stain And with very very poor attitude. I don’t believe that I am the only one who has experienced this. What I do know is that I will no longer give this establishment my money. When I put my order in., I am always asked to repeat and repeat and repeat so I’m thinking they don’t hear me so I speak a little louder then I can told miss you. Don’t have to holler. I said well I’m thinking that you’re not hearing me because you keep asking me to repeat the same thing. I asked for a fork and told we always put a fork in the bag and so I say there’s a reason that I’m asking is because numerous times I have not received a fork. Abruptly, I am told to drive up. I get to the window and I pay with my card and I asked for a receipt and I’m told with attitude it hasn’t printed yet then I check my bag before I begin to pull off, but the window is abruptly open and asked if they a problem I don’t have a fork. I have a spoon I said may I have a fork please it’s in the bag. It is not in the bag. That’s why I’m asking for a fork. We don’t have any forks and another spoon is the best at me. Read moreThe customer service at this place is null and void. Matterfact, there's no such thing as service, Periodtt!!! The lack of common sense is troubling and non-existent. The intercom apparently was not working, or so I thought because I was clearly ignored while waiting to order there for several minutes. I decided to pull around to window after being fairly patient to be acknowledged... pulled to the window and told the girl that i was at the intercom and no one said anything...and the dingy girl had the audacity to say... oh okay, pull back around and I'll be right there. What⁉️ I'm right here now, Goofy... I'm not pulling around anyway, just take the order, duh... this worker was visibly bothered and appalled that someone asked her to do her job and use common sense. She was rude, dingy looking and just contributed to this establishment losing a customer and telling others to stay away from this location. Nonetheless, drove off without ordering not only because of this girls ignorance but also because she looked like she hadn't a bath in days, let alone seen a dentist.

Read moreJust left here. Had a horrible experience. The guy who rung up my order had to be new. He knew nothing about the food at all. He kept sayinvd, i dont know. well can you ask somebody??? I ordered a chicken pot pie and was told 20 min. By that time i had 4 cars in front of me. I get to the window, pay for my order and realize i wasnt charged for the pot pie. so i ask and he says oh we can put in orders with more than a 5 min wait. Well why didnt you say that. I ask how long left on the pot pies he says 13 min. I wait a little go get back in line. get the mic at the drive thru and ordered my pot pie. He says 20 min. I said you just told me 13 min 15 min ago. Ask ti speak to a manager. by this time there are 5 cars in front of me. I get to the window. the allege manager comes and i explain to her what occured she like yea he never put it on. No apologies or an. So I ask how long and she says 20 Min. How so after all this time no one never put it on. done with this location. This is closest to my house but I will drive to baltimore ave just to get better service and better...
