Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

So let's unpack the craziness with this store. "TEENAGERS/YOUNG ADULTS ARE RUNNING THIS STORE" who lack experience, customer service and are unable to handle feedback."

I placed an order on the app, which is what I do all the time. I received the notification that the pizza was ready. I got to the store there was music blasting in the background, teenagers dancing in the store. There was a young lady working the front counter with a bonnet on her head, a shirt that look too small. So I am watching her interact with the customers in front of me. And each customer she interacted with it was cringing honestly. So once lady paid her and handed her cash. When it's time for her to give the lady her change back, she worker takes the change and places it on the counter. The customer went on to ask her how much was her total, the worker tells the customer "Check you receipt." I was blown away. So the next customer was a woman also, and I am looking to see what her experience with her is going to be. The customer walks up to counter, greets the young lady politely, and hands her cash also. Same thing happens, she takes the money that she should be putting in the customer hands and places it on the counter while the customer hands is out waiting for the change. So now I am dreading my experiences.

Now I am standing there waiting for to call me up so I can get the pizza from her. She basically ignores me. So finally I said to her "Hi, I placed an order on the app. Is the pizza ready." She asked me the name for the order. I told her she comes back and calls me something else, so I politely corrected her. I opened the box of pizza and I could have passed out. The pizza literally was hard as a brick, and it look like they just thew beef on top of the pizza. So I asked for a manager. A young man that look all of 17 came from the back. As I am explaining to him everything that happen the cashier starts talking as if she wasn't the one mistreating everyone coming in . "She says Who me?" And the "Manager" says to her "Don't say anything." As if they would change the experience that myself and 2 other customers have had.

I EXPLAINED to him this is why ppl placed orders online, to prevent from waiting, and soon as I come for my order the pizza looks old.

I have went back and will not go back. I can not take people joking around with others foods. Not having customer service and having an attitude when you complain.

Come to find out when I walked out the store and got in my car, her boyfriends and baby was on the side of the soda machine. Weirdest and most horrific ...

This was the worst experience I had in years. Gangster music blasting in the store. Kids are running this place and you can tell. The food does not even look even close to how it used to look. What happened to the bread sticks? The pizza was terrible. I ordered the extra pepperoni and cheese. But no extras on pizza. It had extra bread and extra thick crust. I wasted my money and felt like the kids where playing with my food while jamming to there rap music. I would have been in the club if I had a beer in my hand. But this was a pizza joint. This place needs to be shut down. Or get some adult in there to run the store. I am not even going to bring my food back to complain. I have no faith in them to make it better with a second chance. It will just be a huge fight with alot of kids. This was a lost. Maybe one day in the future I will return to a Little Ceasars. But it will probably piss me off getting real Little Ceasars food. Breadstixs use to be something special here.

I am going to McDonald's right now and will get much better food with some cold fries and a old burger...

It was horrible at this location very ghetto. It was dirty, the service was so slow. The music playing was degrading. One employee had his long hair out and he had on his Fanny pack strings his neck. At first he wasn't cooking but then he started cooking with like that and he also had on his outside coat. He did later put his hair back but I think that was only because it stated being busy. We were there over 45 min which is ridiculous because we ordered hot and ready and Italian bread all items that should be ready to go. At one point he had given me some of my order but the rest wasn't ready for some reason so I asked him to keep it hot while I waited then he gave ot away to someone else. When he did give me my order again it was incorrect and there was a huge piece of hair in the middle of the pizza. There were other issues but I'm not going to get into it all. The point is Little Ceasars used to be a nice place to go and get quick pizza this location has turned into a joke. I will never go there again. For your sanity I advise you...
