I called and tried to order pick up and they said that you can’t order over the phone because people have been ordering and not picking up. There are several solutions to that issue (i.e. screen the numbers of people doing this and add them to a DO NOT ANSWER list). It’s one of 2 of the only businesses that stays open later. If they had any true consideration for there customers they’d understand how unsafe that was? If my order time can be reduced by ordering over the phone why not? The store isn’t in the most affluent area & crime is high in this city. I think they need to review that policy because making ALL their customers suffer because of the actions of a few could cause them more harm than good in more ways than one. I had an Uber order for this place for an 8 piece chicken w/ five rolls, a side of mac and cheese and a cheeseburger with extra lettuce which was 75 cents. My total came to $28.62.

The macaroni and cheese was horrible. It did not look appealing. It then I have a good taste at all it was horrible like there was only powdered cheese in it. No real cheese at all.

The bread rolls that came with the meal were equally bad and very dry.

The cheeseburger presentation looks nice and it came in its own box like you would get at Burger King or McDonald's. But just the fact that I had to pay almost an extra dollar for lettuce was ridiculous.
