Mr Pizza and shawarma (Halal) — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Been eating here since I was a kid stopped about 5 years ago because delivery driver was rude called 5 minutes before pulling up then honked the horn while waiting on steps rang door bell twice and knocked hard while I was already clearly visible being as though I was 5 minutes early waking my new born tonight was the second time this year since we ordered the older lady taking my phone order has always been nasty but tonight she was on another level of rude because I told her I was using my card I guess that was taking up too much of her time even though it was only a cheesesteak order I almost canceled and I wish I did now I might be calling out for work thanks for the food poisoning I will never spend money here again and will be reporting food is usually good but it's not worth the discomfort...

My order literally never showed up. We waited a half hour past their closing time. No call from them. No answer when we tried to contact them. This is the last straw with them.

I called this afternoon to ask what happened and this very rude older lady got on the phone and immediately blamed us. Claims we called too late (we called an hour before they closed and we live 3 minutes from them. We also ordered salads. Easy). She basically said it was our fault and that they tried to call multiple times because they ran out of chicken for the salad. We have no missed calls or voicemails.
