Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This place got bad service and this is not the first time I had bad experiences with them especially in person.. but I ordered online from Uber eats and they failed to give me my free 2 L Pepsi for ordering online on top of it one of my Pizza’s were missing I contacted Uber eats and now I have to wait 24 hours for them to fix my problem now my children got a wait 24 hours to eat is that fair? I’m trying to contact the store which is open for business hours but they refuse to answer the phone and I tried calling over 20 times already... two thumbs down!!! I had to give them one star but if I had the choice I wouldn’t give them any at all!!!!! bad business little Caesars bad business!!!! Ordered a big order of wings for a corporate event in advance. Went to the store for an 11:15am pick up and the doors were locked. Called 6 times and was told by a call center to knock on the door as if I hadn't thought of that already. Sat in the parking lot until 11:30am and no one ever came to unlock the door. There were clearly people in the store, lights were on and employee cars in the parking lot. No one could help me! This is unacceptable. All the call center told me to do was choose another store. Even when I asked for a manager, I was told by the call center there wasn't a manager available. I am beyond upset and will never use Little Ceasars for business ordering....

HAD A LONG DAY A WORK ,SO I DECIDED TO GO AND GET A DEEP DISH PIZZA,I WAS TOLD THERE ARE NO DISH DISH SO I ORDER PEP AN CHEESES AND A 2 LITER 5 MINUETS PASS A ANOTHER CUSTOMER COME IN AND ODER THE SAME THING THE CASHIER JANALIA GAVE MY PIZZA TO A CUSTOMER JUST WALK IN AND I WAS STANDING THERE WAITING ,THEN SHE SAID WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR , MY DAM PEP AND CHEESE PIZZA AND 2 LITER SODA, THAT FOOL SAID TO ME HOW CAN SHE REMEMBER WHAT I ORDER ,,,,,JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THE KITCHEN STAFF USING BAD LANGUAGE ,ALSO PIZZA WAS NOT MADE PROPERLY, MY CRUST WAS A LEAST 3 IN , ALL THE PIZZA SAUCE AND CHEESE IN THE DAM MIDDLE .........NO...
