"HORRIBLE, I was suppose to bring a book back in June but then Covid-19 came and they closed the library its now September and i get a call from the City of Philadelphia that i have property of theirs which is the book they told me bring it back but the library says temorarily closed how am i gonna do this...

This library is currently open for pick-up only. You can reserve a book online, but you can't go in and browse. I gave them two stars for leaving free old books out front for browsing. Maybe it's a funding or staffing issue, but I hope they can open this library to the...
