BEWARE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
This restaurant tried to steal money from your credit card. They almost took $1000 from my credit. I called the bank to hold on these transaction with this restaurant.
We came to the casino as we were invited by our host Dannis every week. The last meal we ate at this restaurant was on Tues 7/20 and we only ate half of duck with rice and a bowl of pho. We paid everything with our comp money, and we never EVER signed any reciept with our credit card infor. It was only around $50 and we had enough comp from my husband account. However, luk fu tried to charge us for another amount with our credit card. The question is: HOW the restaurant get our credit card infor if we pay the bill with our comp money and never give out the credit for them?
The answer is that the restaurant got out credit infor through the live casino when we used our credit to book the casinoās hotel. On 7/20, they charged on our credit card for $538.99 for no reason. We called our host Dennis and he would take care this for us. Today our host called and said that they were investigating and they mistook our table with other table which was ordered lobster, etc. Do you believe this story ? Can you come to a Chinese restaurant and order food for $500 bill? And why would this happen to our table which we only ordered 2 dishes and paid with our comp, not credit card? How long the restaurant needs to investigate and return money back to us? And here is something funny, which makes me decide to spend time writing this review. Only 7/23, the restaurant tried to charge ANOTHER $530.99 on our credit. WTH? Are you serious? It is almost $1000 that Luk Fu wrongly charged on us and no way we know when they finish investigation and refund back. The restaurant also have no right to use your credit infor from hotel reservation to charge any bill on you. The LIVE casino should also take responsible to this.
Honestly I never wanted to write all of these. But I cannot believe this is how a well-known restaurant should handle issues to your customers. One week before, my family came to the restaurant and ordered 2 meals and 1 to-go. We have been waiting for amost 30 min for our noodle soups while there were only 2,3 tables in the restaurant at that time( arround 4,5 pm), not busy at all. The soups missed some ingredients in the bowl, and they did not give our to-go fried rice, but they actually charged for 3 meals.
I write out this review because I do not accept for this. I tried to call to manager but no way their phone works. What happens if we forget to check our credit ? Are they gonna steal money from you for wrong table? Well, I guess everyone should be careful to make sure that the restaurant take right amount on your bill.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI organized a cousinās gathering for myself and 14 of my cousins for private karaoke in the Karaoke Room. We had an amazing time. Everyone in the group kept telling me how much fun they had even days after. The process was smooth and easy. The only Improvement I would like to see is in the e-mail communication. Each response from the event coordinator, Alyssa, took at least three days. Overall customer service was good. She was pleasant and answered all questions that I had. The space fit all of us very comfortably. It has nice modern decor. The lighting adds to a nice ambience inside the room. There are comfortable sofas and chairs, and small tables for your food and drinks. Now on to my favorite part.. the food. The food was delicious. We had a nice spread of chicken lo mein, vegetable lo mein, beef steak, flounder and tofu stir fry, crab wontons, vegetable spring rolls, and dessert which included strawberry cheesecake, lychee cheesecake, and some sort of ice cream dish which had a coating on the outside which housed the ice cream on the inside. My favorite was the lychee cheesecake. It is now ranked in my top for cheesecake (and I am a foodie). The variety in the menu was much needed as we had vegans, pescatarians, and individuals who donāt eat pork in the group. I made adjustments to our menu and they were very accommodating. Our server was such a great guy. I am so sorry Iforgot his name but he was attentive and on point with a great personality. Huge shout out to the manager, Pat. He was such a big help. He and our server ensured that we had an incredible time and all of our needs were met, and they were fun to be around. I would definitely recommend, and I have already been receiving so many inquiries about this place. Go and have yourself a time....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately, I am having to change my review of this restaurant from 5 stars to 3 because of the shameful attitude I received from one of the managers in my last visit.
I visit this restaurant every time I come to the casino. The food is great and I usually sit at the bar and order āpepper steakā, this time when I sat at a table and ordered, the language barrier between myself and the server created slight confusion and she entered a order for the ā Vietnamese pepper steakā instead of the ā Chinese pepper steakā which is a $30 difference! Both meals are prepared similarly, and it didnāt question my meal when it came out because the only difference I realized was they used a different plate.
When the check came out I bought it up to the waitress. She was understanding but came back and said her manager would not alter the check.
The manager came to my table and was extremely rude, and caused me to get worked up. She refused to change anything especially because of the fact I mentioned that Iāve been to the restaurant multiple times.
She made the situation very uncomfortable for everyone including the patrons i bought with me for their first time there it was definitely a terrible look and put a bad taste in their mouth.
Ultimately, after I was very straightforward about taking my business elsewhere in the future, she made the changes.
I am purposely deciding to leave the managerās name out but her superiors would be very disappointed and dissatisfied by her...
