Termini Bros — Restaurant in Philadelphia

UPDATE: I was very surprised that Termini Bros reached out to me to right the previous experience. I received some very fresh almond horns from them that were very fresh and tasty. Well I blew my New Year resolution on these tasty horns but it was well worth it. I'm going to be certain to visit their flagship store when I'm in Philadelphia to stock up on these 😋😋😋

Foolishly I tried the cute carrot cakes and they taste as if they've been sitting on display for a year. They should be embarrassed putting their name on this garbage and Live Casino in Philadelphia should be ashamed that they've permitted them to take up space and sell their visitors what amounts to trash. I won't be making this mistake again. Viewers, you have been warned!

Purchased a few goods to try with my husband. I love Almond Horns and I was excited to see them because every bakery doesn't carry them. I purchased 2 and couldn't wait to try them. I mean if you've ever made them they are far from difficult to get right. When I say these were by far the most stale baked good I've ever come across. Both were so hard I couldn't even break them with my hands. I was so mad and disappointed I traveled home with their trash. They should be ashamed of themselves. We purchased a couple other items but after seeing the quality of these I have no better expectations of anything else from this location. One Star - Never Again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves it. I went into this bakery excited to try their pastries, but that quickly turned into regret. The staff which I would describe as blonde hair, slightly overweight woman gave me serious attitude for no reason — no greeting, no smile, just cold and dismissive behavior. When I finally got my cannoli and sat down to try it, I was disgusted to find a hair inside. It was a curly hair which I think it was from the other staff working there, Completely unacceptable and unsanitary.

To make matters worse, I overheard the staff talking about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand. Spoiler: I did. It's one thing to have a bad day, but it's another to be rude, unprofessional, and unhygienic. Definitely won't be coming back, and I’d recommend others think twice. There are plenty of better places around that actually respect...

Pretty disappointed in this location. I love Termini cannoli so decided to get one while we were staying at Live. The filling was warm and tasted sour. I'm lucky I didn't get sick. My husband said the filling was hanging behind the counter in large bags and not refrigerated, plus the heat from Lorenzo's next door was most likely effecting the product as well. It's disappointing that so many people travel to Philadephia and patronize this location expecting the typical quality that everyone raves about only to receive spoiled product that does not live up to the Termini name. Would not purchase from this...
