Although it is very conveniently located, the time it takes to get served and pick up food via the drive thru most evenings is ridiculous. It takes nearly (or just over) 30 minutes in total to get to the mic, get to the paymet window, then finally get to the serving window and receive the food. Even if you order via the app AND pre-pay, you STILL need to pull into the drive thru line, go to the mic to give them the order number, then line up behind those waiting at the payment window in order to get to the pick-up window line. Last week, my pre-paid order was incorrect after I was moved up and was finally served! So, since the lobby was closed for the evening, I had to drive around the building and get back in line, then wait again for nearly another half hour til I was served the correct food! That's right... ONE HOUR at McDonald's to finally get my meal!! As the son of a retired McDonald's employee, this is TOTALLY unacceptable and, sadly, has occurred more than once at this particular 24 Hour FRANCHISE location! (Which sadly is a negative reflection on the Company run stores, since all that most people see is the familiar branding, and usually do not realize the location is NOT run by the Corporation.) Good thing I have loved McDonald's since I was a child, my Mom was treated well at a company run location (which later became a franchise that kept my Mom), and that this franchise location is one of only two in my immediate area that is open all night, or THIS loyal customer would move on to a different chain. Sadly....I am NOT "Lovin' It"! They must do better and absolutely CAN, if they truly want to. I take no pleasure in having to write such a review, based on my family's history with this outstanding...
Read moreOn 3/9/2022 at 2:54am, after leaving the casino my bf & I stopped at this fast food restaurant, mainly because the drive-thru is open 24 hours. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes (3:16am) we finally are next to order, when we pull up the woman working the window said that the car in front of us was the last order until breakfast at 6am, 3 hours away. Astonished that she told us that at all, let alone after 20 minutes of my life wasted, we jokingly made a few sarcastic comments, the super friendly employee started to yell and curse at us, threatening to call the police on us! I mean really? We were the last car in line, and the car in front of us was the last order til 6am? And shes upset with us? Nahh, I don't think so, especially when they were clearly still open, plus the website says "Drive-thru is open 24 hours, 7 days a week". No one in the building was able to give us a heads up on wasting our time? That's not customer service, and the customer is always right. I'm waiting for a reply from McDonalds' corporate offices, so stay tuned...
Read moreI witnessed one of the most rude employees ever at this mcdonalds. A man (who was there before everyone ) was waiting for his food with his kid. He was complimentary to everyone and really polite, just seemed like a very nice guy. two people who ordered after him got their food and so he asked (nicely) if his food was ready. First the girl tried to give him someone else's food and when he looked in he said it wasn't his. So she snatched it right out of his hand. And he said 'wow sorry'. She said 'you don't have to get smart'. He said 'can you check that one'. So she did and it was his. She said really rudely 'it's waiting for your chicken' he said 'It's ok I don't want the chicken just whatever is there is fine ' she ignored him. So the manager was there the whole time so he said 'can you hand me my good bc this is ridiculous'. She did and he walked away. Then the girl who looked disgusted said loudly 'thanks have a GREAT day'. All while the manager was standing there and didn't say a word. Oh and it was dirty as hell...
