Pizza Shoppe — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Usually, I would suggest the food from Pizza Shoppe, in fact it use to have a special place in my heart because my grandma and I would get lunch from there once a week. However, lately the service has been slow, the food hasn't been as good, and the delivery is horrible. Tonight I waited over a 1/2 hour for dinner, and the delivery man went to the wrong house and than didn't give me everything we ordered. When I asked him he said to call the shoppe so I did, and they said sorry and they would send it right out. ( The "it" in question was a salad) It than took over another 1/2 hour for the delivery man to bring the salad. So my family did not all eat dinner together because one of us was without our meal. I understand places get busy, especially; during these hectic times but I didn't even get an apology from the driver, or a Have a Good Night. If you are going to have a business that was once really good, don't let it slowly slide down into just ok. I know you are better than that, I will remember the good ol' days...

I just ordered today at 9pm and when around an hour later to see an update they made a poor excuse about how it’s somehow my fault that the delivery driver isn’t efficient and the pizza is hardly ever cut right or maybe it’s just always undercooked feels like I’m chewing slime half the time if I don’t tell them to fully cook it never got the pizza btw because on top of waiting an hour they wanted me to wait till they close shop completely to deliver my pizza so that’s...
