AWFUL. AVOID. Ordered online. Took over an hour for a pizza and 3 sandwiches. Followed NONE of our instructions. Not even the allergy notes. Added the note "NO ONIONS/ ALLERGY" in the instructions of each item. Found onions in everything. Ordered and paid for an extra cheese pizza. It came w almost no sauce on a doughy undercooked mess that was burnt on top and def wasn't extra cheese. Ordered a capicola hoagie w extra provolone. Received something akin to gristley baloney w a hint of American cheese. Ordered a mushroom burger and requested swiss. Found near raw onions in mushrooms along w green peppers and what might have been sauteed cabbage. Guess they don't scrape clean the grill much? Again, american cheese instead of the requested swiss, and definetly not extra cheese as requested. They called to ask if I wanted a different kind of cheese in my GREEK salad because they don't have that on the menu... Even though I ordered off the menu online. Tried to discuss a different type of salad but they didn't seem to understand my questions about ingredients. So I canceled it. They did NOT adjust taxes or tip accordingly. None of our spicing, allergy or custom requests were done. They could have asked questions about those when they called. No condiments were delivered w the food. Read moreI called 7pm to order 3 boxes of pizza. The counter girl who answered said that it was going to be 45min. I called after 8:30pm. The counter girl stated that the delivery guy left! At 9am. I called again; the counter girl asked me, which location that I called; when I stated that I called 60th st. She claimed that it was 56th st. I called to speak to the Manager; she put me on hold! She claimed that the Manager was busy! She also denied that I called the location. The delivery guy came after 9:30pm. He claimed that it was late because of a flat tire, and he had to pick up the order. I tried to ask him about the store. I think he was Pakistani! I gave him a $50.00 bill he tried to keep my change! He claimed that he didn’t have any change! I said that he owed me $5.60. The total was $44.20! I tried to give him a $1.00 he just said keep it! I waited over 2/hrs for the pizza. It wasn’t even hot! I have been ordering from Pete’s Pizza for years, especially when I’m at work; and when I see my Mom at the Nursing home. I went there when it was Mimmos Pizza! I don’t ever want to order from them again! The counter girl need to give up answering phones because she was rude & hanging up on me when she kept saying that it was 56th location. Read moreI don't like the new system that they have at Pete's Pizza. Here's why when you order something and it doesn't come back right and you call back to let them know these people that answer the phone whatever services it is said somebody will call you back. No one never calls you back and I don't believe that they're calling back to the store and letting them know that there's a problem. Last night on Jan 3, 2025 I got two cheese steaks when they bought it to me the cheese steaks were cold I'm only six blocks away from Pete's Pizza. I called to let them know that the cheese steaks were cold which means that those cheese steaks has sitting there for a minute. I ate half my cheese steak I have been in a bathroom all night long because the food probably sat and was no more good. Plus those people that answer the phones are not friendly at all. At least I can speak to Mustafa or Elvis or somebody and get a response back from them and they go out of their way to make the customer feel good. But these people who answer the phone are horrible and I wish they get rid of them. This is the third time something was wrong with my food and couldn't get any help because NO one...
