Philly Campus Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I usually order their pizza which is pretty good but my husband and I decided we wanted burgers. My husband ordered the “campus burger” which is suppose to have, American cheese, bacon, bbq sauce and union rings...I ordered a double bacon cheese burger deluxe, which is suppose to have bacon, salad and fries. The girl on the phone was confused when I said I would like a double bacon cheese burger...she thought I wanted a cheese burger with bacon and extra bacon. She even had to ask Someone in the back if they could make a double bacon cheese burger...my food came from when I hung up with her , about 25mins. Well my husbands Burger is as thin as a potato chip, no bbq sauce, no bacon and something that looks like could be an onion ring. My burger had 3 burgers on it, no onions, no bacon, and jus lettuce, my fries had no salt and pepper and were cold and there was no side salad. I called the store right away and asked to speak to the manager, his name is IHAB. I told him what was going on , he proceeded to argue with me saying I quote “well everyone likes the burgers” he also said that “to make a double burger they take one burger and cut it in half”...I told him this was unacceptable, . I then told him my salad was missing and my fries were cold and bland and my burger was messed up. He said the salad goes On the burger he then said he will give me a $10 credit on my next order and he will send out new French fries and onions ring, I told him that this is crazy and he replied “well ur getting it for free”. How rude is he. I will NEVER ORDER anything other then pizza from this place! Very sad and...

To start I order from this place often, I never write reviews unless I find something very egregious. Today I stopped in, with four kids and spent over $60 dollars on food. The cook erroneously made hot wings instead of mild wings we ordered and paid for. To cover his only financial loss he offered me half off to buy them, I declined and asked him to prepare what we ordered. He didn’t say anything but his body language made me feel like I annoyed him. My girls wanted ranch dipping sauce in replace the watery blue cheese dipping sauce for their wings. A normal pizza or wing shop would ask if you want blue cheese OR ranch. Not this store, they gave the girls blue cheese and when I asked to exchanged they wanted me to pay. For a small 1 ounce dipping cup of ranch dressing they charged me $1.21. A total of 2 dollars and 40 cents for 2 ounces of ranch in replacement of blue cheese. It’s sad that businesses are so...

This was my first time ordering from here and when I called the girl who answers had a real bad attitude.. I asked for an extra large cheese cuz I seen they had a special for 10.99 Mon-Thurs.. Today being Tuesday she gives me a totally of about 16 and change.. I asked well what about the special.. She says with a big attitude well I'm not gonna give it to you unless u say something so how I'm supposed to know.. Ok so I order the pizza then after exactly 1 hour and 25mins still no pizza and this is 3:30 in the afternoon.. I call to see what's up then the lady says driver will be soon.. Driver comes and says the total was 15.87 on phone it was 13.87.. I tell her what it was on phone and she says oh that's cool as if she tried to get an extra 2 for tip..
