Went here for Millennium tour and it was nice. The stage didn't seem so far from the back so anywhere you sat was a good view. First time going there, there is many doors in the main on broad st. but two lines, asked a staff member and she said go through any door which I did because I guess people only thought you had to stay in those two lines. Waiting for B2K m&g was long but I was able to go in and watch from the 1st and 2nd levels since I was looking back and forth seeing if the line was moving and the staff was nice to let me. Second to last in the line for m&g now and there was one staff member who had an attitude the whole time. She made fun of the people who were overwhelmed and crying from meeting B2K and even told someone who asked what the line was for, she said "it's nothing special" you really don't want to know". She also didn't allow the people to use the restrooms which where a short step to the left. Such big attitude for someone who is 4'. Of course water was $5 like it is a every venue. That's all I bought from there. Floor level was where I was when I finally got to see the rest of the show but too many people where up front as of it was a GA show but I ended in a great view in front stage left. Overall staff was nice (except for shorty) Venue was nice....
Read moreWas there for the Don Toliver concert last night. He and all the openers put on a PHENOMENAL show. The merch people were great and they were managing complete chaos and LONNNGGG lines so props to their positive attitudes! The reason for my 3 stars... I paid GOOD money for end seats in section 110. I had really great seats and an awesome view of the stage for my teenage sons first concert but it seems so many people just took whatever seats they wanted and stood in the aisles, on stairs and at the ledge blocking the view of patrons who paid good money for their seats. Staff came 1 time to tell people to move but after that the same ppl just migrated back and were super disrespectful when I asked them to move. My son and I went out to buy merch, came back and people literally just took our seats. Had to ask them to move. Grown adults, who know better. Security needs to be at tops and bottoms of all stairs like other venues, there is NO reason to pay $200 a seat when those who paid for nosebleeds are allowed to just do what they want and come down to any lower section. Really disappointed this was happening and I know for sure many around me were...
Read moreI've been here for multiple events over the years. But last night's experience was enough. I came to see the AEW show, and that was phenomenal. The organization is incredible and there's so much talent. But this venue needs to rethink some things. I know staffing is an issue all over so being patient is something we just all need to do when getting a service. But I find it absolutely ridiculous to charge $5 for a bottle of water that you pour into a paper cup. Same with soda! Which they ran out of by the time I got to the counter. Maybe if staff didn't have to poor all the beverages into cups the lines would move faster. Why not fountain machines? This is just poor management. I went into the building as soon as the doors opened and went to the closest rest room....only 3 of 8 stalls had toilet paper. No paper towels in the bathroom and the 2 hand dryers were broken. I saw an employee sweeping right outside bathroom and mentioned the toilet paper issue. I came back an hour and a half later still not restocked! Hopefully they can get this all together. But each time I've been here it seems to get worse and worse. Just not a fan...
