They charged me $32 for three cheese steaks, none of which had what I asked for on them. I think CHEESE steaks are supposed to have CHEESE. THE MEAT WAS OVERCOOKED AND DRIED OUT. There was barely any meat on them when I called to say, they forgot the cheese a very RUDE LADY told me it was on the bottom. There was NO CHEESE OR MAYO on the sandwiches. The amount of ketchup on the sandwiches looked and tasted like the little packages of ketchup. I am very disappointed. I could have went over to Chili's and got 2 for $22 and had a whole meal. I tell you what they will NEVER get another penny from me. I hope this post helps someone make the wise decision to not eat here. The delivery time is excellent, but I guess that's cause they put no love into the food they make. This place needs to take a class on customer satisfaction skills, and problem solving. Well feel free to ask me questions about my experience with Queen Pizza. My advice don't throw...
Read moreSo we just moved in the neighborhood and my son wanted a cheesesteak. I let him ride his bike to get one. When I asked what he got on it he said they didn't ask me. This was his first time ordering on his own. Maybe I should have prepped him. When he got home he had a skimpy cheesesteak that reminded me off a corner store steak or a food truck...full bun but not much meat. The steak cost $9.00 which seemed like a lot f what he received. I will say that the staff was courteous and gave him a free can soda because he didn't have enough money. My son also noted that the person making the food wasn't wearing gloves or a mask. I ended up doctoring up the steak for him when he came home. I'd like to think that if we decide to try this place again it will be a better experience. We all...
Read moreFirst, King and Queen Express Pizza can't spell. They spell Parmesan wrong. (Parmigiana). That should have given me a clue, but I ordered Veal Parmesan and spaghetti, to go, any way and paid $11.75. The veal was cut into 1 inch chunks (about eight of them) and spread round on top of the bland sauce and tasteless spaghetti. I have had Veal Parmesan and spaghetti from several restaurants and there were always two whole veal patties. I'm not sure the eight pieces would make one whole patty. To me that means they are being cheap and trying to make it look like you have more than you really do. I went back the next day to complain and I was told that they cut the meatball (1) into pieces too. This was the worst and most expensive veal parmesan dinner I...
