Now don't get me wrong the food is decent and i order often but the last ordering experience was terrible. I feel like it's more the Slice website than the pizzeria itself. I typically go there in person to do my orders and never had issue. This particular day I had my kiddos on the way home so I ordered and was willing to pay delivery. I'm only a block maybe block and a half away.
I made this order at 4:11 PM. Keep in mind this is a monday. There are no sports events. It's Mid day. It paces my delivery to be at my door by 4:40. Half hour is reasonable. Then it got pushed back to 4:55 then finally 5:10. Once it hit 5:20 and i saw no delivery driver I started calling. Got an I dunno. Put on hold and then call transferred where the call dropped 3 seperate times and I had to call back. Its now 6:20 and still nothing. My kids are home so I get up and walk to the place. I get these and again tell them it's been 2 hours. No apology, no explanation, nothing. And the kicker. The food still wasn't even cooked STILL, 2 hours late. And I still had to sit and wait as my food wasn't even prepared a first time. Again, no apology no refund NOTHING. And before anyone judges, I wasn't loud, I wasn't rude I was definitely irritated at the sheer lack of responsibility of everyone involved as them and the website were legit playing the blame game blaming one another.
Again I like this guys and their stuff is good but for the sake of sanity NEVER order online just go in person. And i'm still trying to be refunded my delivery fee and tip as I had to go and physically pick up my own order that I paid...

I recently ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and let’s just say the egg had already started its journey to the afterlife. It was mushy, disgusting, and single-handedly ruined the whole thing. And the extra dressing I paid for? Completely useless because nothing could save that disaster.
Then there was the cheesesteak—or should I say, "cheese, hold the steak." For $10 on a short roll, I expected more than a bread sandwich. And let’s not forget the cheese fries from my last order that showed up half-cooked, as if the kitchen got bored halfway through.
At this point, I think I’m done ordering from Bravo for a year or two. Selling bad food is bad business. If I can instantly tell an egg is bad, what about the things customers can’t taste right away? Read moreI moved to the community 4yrs ago. This was absolutely my go to spot every weekend I stop eating here at no particular reason. I ordered on a Friday Aug 2nd 2024 to be exact. I place an order for delivery it was a special which came with a soda. On the phone the lady told me to make sure I answer the phone because the driver will not wait and won’t come back (first red flag). My order arrives and I asked for my soda and he said it didn’t come with it. The driver left I called the store to complain.
The whole time the soda was indeed in the car so he comes back I get it. I’m about to tear my food up I got pizza and Buffalo wings! Why my pizza look like a 5yr old made it very thin crust and cheese not even melted all the way just sprinkled on top I said ok how about the wings. All the wings were different sizes some small and big and I mean small as my pinky finger.
