This is my third time ordering from Stella's and each time I had to call and complain. My children love their grilled chicken Caesar wrap with fries but I specially order it with no lettuce. Everytime I got it, they delivered it with lettuce and I had to call and complain to get my order right. Each time they argue with me about re-making and delivering my right order saying I didn't say no lettuce. My children hate lettuce, I know what I say. But this last time was the worst. I stressed to the girl on the phone that I do not want lettuce. 2 separate times I said please no lettuce and she said ok. She repeated back my order and she never said no lettuce so i again said, "please make sure they don't add lettuce" its shredded lettuce so it's not like you can pick off the big leaf. I ordered it at 750. I had to call at 9pm to find out where my order was. They said it's on its way. It didn't arrive until 930. I get it and it's Full of lettuce. I call over and after I said how I stressed no letting and yet it's on there, she puts me on hold to speak to the manager. Hes saying how he doesn't want to remake it bc I can just pick it off. You cannot pick off shredded lettuce thats mixed into Caesar dressing without wiping off all the dressing also. So I said if you wont remake, I want my money back. So after 5 minutes she says they will remake it but it wont arrive for an hour as other orders have to come first. My order comes at 11:10pm. My kids were already fed something else and in bed by that time. Meanwhile I ordered this at 7:50pm. I take the wraps and tell the delivery man to hold on because I'm taking the fries out of the original container since I paid extra for them and all they redelivered was the wrap. He was yelling telling me I cannot do that. I most certainly can since I paid for fries and you only sent me 2 re made wraps. I will never order from here again. There are so many better places in the area, I suggest you all save yourself the hassle and money and order from where you know the service and...

Read moreI ordered a large 1/2 extra cheese 1/2 sausage pizza with an order of fries. I first hold myself accountable for ordering from the at 7:08pm on a Sunday night. When the pizza arrived I had my 9 yr old niece make my plate, because I am recovering from a surgery. She immediately told me Auntie you may have to take off the green leaf which she thought was lettuce. I told her it’s probably basil flakes ( like the seasoning). Anyhow the basil leaves were real big basil leaves that were served in the pizza. The problem is after removing the basil leaves the flavor of what a pizza should taste like was gone. It was awful, the pizza was old looking, dried with some added cheese and sausage. Oh and let’s not forget the big olde basil leaves that over powers the pizza. The fries were brown and dried up letting me know that the were fries that sat for a while and reheated. My neicey couldn’t eat one slice of that awful pizza, This is the reason why I shouldn’t have ordered from the store on a Sunday, when I knew they about to close. Not to mention I paid $31.00 plus a tip to the driver who by the way was great! Normally they are pretty good with their Stromboli and cheesesteaks. But they need to hang up the pizzas. I immediately complained to my loves not to ever buy no food from them during 2hours before closing. From my experience it seems like you ONLY get fresh food during the morning and early afternoon and that’s bad...
