Taco Bell — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Staff didn't seem prepared for the "Fourth Meal" rush at about 8PM on a week night. Nice that you can order from both the Taco Bell and KFC menu. I love the weird variety in Taco Bell's rotating features items.

Food prep took forever and orders were filled way out of order. I ordered along with three friends-- I ordered first, received mine last. The KFC part was kind of cold so I'mm assuming the Taco Bell stuff fell behind. Staff forgot to give me my soda cup, so I couldn't drink any Baja Blast until I asked after receiving my order, which took another three minutes until someone came to the pickup window. The place was busy, but c'mon.

Not sure if this is independent or corporate-- but it seems like they need to better track their shift sales trends and staff accordingly. That said, it's a fast food restaurant in Philly, so it about matched my expectations. If you're driving and the time is about the same, visit the Center City or Bala Cynwyd locations for...

Arrived to pick Up My Order that was place for pick up only at 4430 N Broad Street around 9:50pm. And was told to leave because The Order was Not in the store. not only Did the Manager Get out of Character with me But She told me That my order was not there when I am now driving away with my food. I truly believe that she Could have been train better. Having a strong type of attitude in a position to lead Is terrible. I can imagine that others suffer from her lash out daily other than me. She was totally wrong and wanted me to leave without my food. Then pass me the food for my four kids (ball up and grumpy up) all my food was smashed and still paid full price on door dash. I understand jobs get hard but the public should never suffer because You are having a bad day - Month - Year! This is a scar on Taco Bell because this manager represents them. I will never return to broad street...

From the speaker to the window, took almost 5 minutes then I sat at the window for literally 15 minutes. I kept honking to get their attention they ignored me first the they looked at me and shrugged but never came to the window. then 3 minutes later, she brought me my order. She never apologized for the time. When I asked about the wait, she acted as if I didn't have the right to speak to her. I swear, I will never go to this taco bell ever again and I will make sure that no one i know go there. I wish I could give negative stars. They had time to play with each other and with their phones. But not to take care of the customers. I saw most of them scratch their heads and play with their phones but never changed their gloves or wash their hands. Whoever was the manager on duty, should be ashamed...
