So this is a follow up to 2 weeks laterā¦. So I had a delivery today of over $10,000 worth of furniture delivered. And everything was HORRIBLE!!!! The living room sectional came with the end chair missing. The dinning room table or/and chairs was broken or missing pieces and was not set up. The bedroom set was put up however the drawer handles on the bed frame was not screwed in leaving us having to do them, the sectional in the family room couldnāt fit one of the pieces not really there fault but the gag is we will loose 25% of a $700 dollars chair. Called up to get answers and see what could be done about all these different issues. NOTHING!!!! We have to wait until Wednesday for the missing sectional piece in the living room, for the dinning room table/chairs to be put up. Remind you itās Saturday afternoon. Also, for the refund we have to be inconvenienced to drive to hunting park location with 4 kids from Willow Grove to start the refund process wow unbelievable! Remind you the refund will not be in full they are taking $175 a restock fee. They are so nice to get your money but once they get it itās āF YOUā. Ughhhh...

The first issue is that the third party company they subcontract their delivery services to are unreliable, my set didnāt arrive until 12:00pm today. On top of being inconvenienced twice I received the wrong bed, So I called the store and was told I could be given the $100 difference for the set I ordered toward something else in the store or they could come pick it up. The staff member I spoke with didnāt seem to genuinely care about how Iād been inconvenienced, I wasnāt offered any form of compensation such as 10% off plus the $100 difference that I am owed. Nothing at all, which is bad business whether is was the fault of the store or the delivery service, my money was given to Furniture Mecca so the responsibility of ensuring I receive the correct items on the day that was agreed upon is on them. Why am I being offered $100 off another set in the store when I missed work twice just to get the wrong stuff. So you cause to me lose money but want me to give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTHEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Worst customer service experience EVER. Robert measured a couch in front of me and told me it will fit in my door. I ordered it. The first scheduled delivery I took off work for - no show. No call or email, nobody showed up. Customer service did not respond to emails or calls only their INSTAGRAM account responded to my DMs. They scheduled again and delivery company said it wonāt fit. Went back to the store for a second time and Robert assured me it would fit so he scheduled delivery for the SAME couch AGAIN. Delivery company said no they wonāt even try. I got into the store AGAIN and Robert says he will look into it and then issue me a refund. I get an email the next day asking me to reselect another couch. I go into the store for the FORTH time and say I want the refund Robert promised me, and they said ok but you owe a $300 fee. Robert then LIED TO MY FACE saying he never said it would fit and itās my own problem so now I owe a cancelation fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.
