Biryani and Bites — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is place is very nice and the customer service is the best i would say here ! So im a person who have not wrote Any reviews before but what i saw in the store today making me write this one , I went to pick my food today there was medical professional standing in front of me once he took the order the person who came from inside (i think manager) spoke with him saying last time you came you were all very rude to my staff she felt very bad and cried please be nice and it would be appreciated the person who was standing in front of me started to argue about business and started saying customer is GOD i was like really man is there people still like this mindset meanwhile the manager calmly said sir please treat others like how you would be like to be treated ! He calmly maintained the state and the other person walked away omg what a scene i witnessed there , the patience and calm handling the manager did i was shocked please be kind and be happy to all ! This is my first review and I hope this one i used to support for the best team and restaurant i come to !...

Wish I could give this restaurant a 0 star. I placed a takeout order by calling the number they have here. They said that the order will be ready in 40 mins. I reached there after 40 mins and had to wait additional 10 minutes because no one was at the desk, even after ringing the bell. Then I got to know that my order was sitting outside about 20 mins after I placed the order, which is now like half an hour.

I asked why did u say 40 mins then on the call, and got to know the call goes to a backend team in india, who say 40 mins as a standard practice. Stop being cheap employers and hire someone to man your phone and desk.

Once i get back to my place, my food is cold, starters chewy, and have more salt than one can eat. Even the biryani is cold and too salty to eat. Totally lost my appetite.

And can someone tell me what kind of dessert is this supposed to be ? All liquid and smelled like coffee. I had to throw most of the fools out. Money, time and food all wasted.

Do yourself a favour, and better go to Hyderabad Rasoi, which has better service and much...

Yesterday was one of the worst experiences I have faced in any restaurant in Phoenix else I wouldn't be writing this review.

We had ordered our biryani at around 7:30 and were told a 40 minutes wait - no problem. They kept taking phone orders till 8:15. When I checked with the lady at the counter, she had forgotten that we had placed an order even though we were sitting in the table right infront of her (2 feet) and she will take another 10 minutes for our order. After 1 hour of sitting there, she told us that she will refund the money. I asked her to give the biryanis from those who placed the phone orders after us and there were more than 30 biryanis on the counter waiting to be picked up. She said she wont do that (probably cause she knew those people) and she will refund the money. One hour of time wasted and when all restaurants were closing is when she decides that its her mistake that she lost her order. She said managers name is Vishnu and to speak with...
