I go usually here and there being close by, most times okay. Went Friday late night around 12am and was told unable to take orders due to the manager trying to void an $60 order come back in 10 minutes. Burn a bit of time think about another possible late night snack, come back and then tells me that the cook has put cleaning solution on the grill and has to wait an additional 30 minutes. I feel like these dudes were full of excuses. Tell me to come up to the window, I tell him hey you told me come back in 10 minutes and now another 30 so minutes because the cook put cleaning solution on the grill. By this time he's stuttering and calls the cook over to explain? I don't think they cared and we're trying to avoid any orders.

Went here for the chicken taco special. Had a rude girl take my order. Asked me how many orders would I like, said 3 and she said "No I need to know how many tacos, I'm not about to do Math!" I said to myself if she can't do the math in a second, 3x3=9 and has an attitude tells me a lot. Read moreI’m a person with a good amount of patience but to keep a customer waiting in line for 20 minutes with the reason of “we are waiting on the chili fries” after seeing them place my other side of fries in the box is ridiculous. I’m not sure what exactly they were waiting on but it shouldn’t have been that long. Especially when for the first 10 minutes, I was the only one in the line.
Not once, not twice but three times, the guy who took my order asked me if I had certain items. You took my order and I’m fairly certain there is a recipe you can read off. I’m sure he was just buying himself some time. It got to the point where I just wanted a refund and it wasn’t even just about the waiting and the fact they had no idea what my order was. It was the fact I could see my other side of fries just on the counter not under a heat lamp but more importantly it was the guy who placed my order who was wearing his mask like a diaper for his chin the entire time even when packing up food (Pull it up, be considerate!) was drinking his beverage over a bag of food that was most likely mine. It was just absolutely gross and unacceptable.
I now have to take time out of my day tomorrow to go back and get a refund because of their inadequacy to do their job properly. Don’t waste your money or time here, just go to Taco Bell that’s a mile...
Read moreThis establishment STOLE from me. I went there one evening about 3 weeks ago to grab something to eat. It took almost 30 MINUTES for me to even get to the drive thru window because they were moving SO SLOW. When I got up there the boy at the window was CLEARLY HIGH but I didn't care because I just wanted my food at that point. I paid for my food and was smart enough to look in my bag only to come to the realization that they gave the the wrong order. When I told them about it and told them what I had ordered they DIDN'T EVEN PLACE MY ORDER. So instead of wasting even more of my time, I asked for a refund. They said they put it on my card. When I asked how long it would take to be issued back to me, they gave me the standard 5-10 business days response. Before I drove off, I asked for a void receipt. They said they couldn't produce that which I thought was odd because EVERY ESTABLISHMENT can produce a void receipt. So, I then just asked for a regular receipt for proof. I HAVE YET to get my money deposited back into my account and I am unable to leave my house right now to go get my money back. This place refuses to answer the phone, so my only way to get your attention is to leave a bad review.
