Worst Subway experience ever. They don't even deserve 1 star. I came in and ordered 2 subs, one of them was a footlong with meat and cheese only. The little punk white kid made my sandwich when I got home and opened it up, my sub was disgusting. I absolutely hate having to return food, especially to these kinds of places, where there's literal High schoolers working and no management whatsoever, and they just think if u bat an eye at something that you're just some "Karen". After giving it much thought I sucked it up and I went back up to get it remade and it was equally as awful. they even had the same person remake it and he argued with me about how the reason it was made poorly, was because I In fact ordered only meat and cheese, so therefore that's why it was ripped up and manhandled thrown together with no rhyme or reason. Read more08/08 - Ordered online to get the two footlong sandwiches for $5 each. App said order would be ready by 2:20pm. I arrived on time with no sandwiches prepared and the young ladies giving me the run around. The bread wasn’t ready and had to cool and they did not know how long that takes. 3pm I still had no sandwiches and apparently no way to cancel the order and get my money back. I was originally told at 2:30 that my order would be ready in 20 mins. I waited and the order was never made. One of the young ladies was rude and obnoxious with me. Denying that she even told me how long initially. Two years ago this was my favorite subway and I remained a regular customer. Not any longer. I was stuck there waiting for my sandwiches because I couldn’t cancel the order and get my refund in the app. Even after the girls told me that I had that option but nowhere in the app was I allowed to do so. 3:10pm the bread finally cooled. 3:20pm still no sandwiches. 3:25pm finally my sandwiches. There were specific instructions on my order and I watched as this young lady made my sandwich and totally ignored them. I’ve met some really good people here lively upbeat and genuine. Today, I was disappointed. Truly.

Read moreBelieve me when I say, if there was a zero star rating, that's what they would get. So I placed an online order at 230 am. I set the order to be picked up at 255am. I showed up at the store at 240am. When I got there both employees are outside having a cigarette break. Which in itself is not bad, but I sat there until 3 and no one even attempted to start our order. When they finally got it started, they didn't have the ingredients for the sandwiches I wanted. So I changed my order. While making me order, the employee was coughing and spitting on the food as she complained very loudly to her co-worker. After she finished making all the sandwiches, she informed me they no longer had mayo. It's 315 by this time. So I told her I no longer wanted the order and wanted a refund instead. The employee got upset with me after She had made all the sandwiches. But if she had been professional and informed of the fact, we couple have saved us both time. She told me she couldn't issue a refund and I would have to contact the app, which I did and I still can't get a refunds.
