I gave 3 stars because Camillo and Sam and the other bartenders are great and the food is always great. Poor management is the only thing holding this place back. The front door has been broken for at least a month and the patio door is locked during open hours. Golly, they wonder why they're not getting customers.... The hours change on a whim, I've tried to go several times and the patio door is locked during open hours. There are no employees in sight to let me in and the hotel customers feel awkward as they can't let me in. It would be so easy to make this place profitable, the fact that it's not always busy is a failing of management. It's a prime location next to the airport, there are nearby burger restaurants that do well, so there's no excuse. Maybe if they actually had burgers of the week, like the chalk board implies, if they updated the menu, added street tacos as an app, or milkshakes (who doesn't love a burger and a shake) or if they had dinner specials maybe they wouldn't have to cut hours. I hear people ask all the time what the happy hour specials are and they're so paltry they're never interested in them. Again it would be super easy to keep this place open throughout the day, but management doesn't care and makes 0 changes to attract customers. Best of luck to Sam and Camillo!

Very mediocre, especially for the price. Upon being seated was informed by the bartender that there's no draft beer available; website lists numerous local draft beers. No explanation was offered. Venue was loud enough that you had to shout to hold a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Waitress was attentive and friendly. I got The Classic burger which was unbelievably greasy; the greasy grilled onions did not help. Wife got the Lone Star burger and said it was very dry. Too bad our combined burgers couldn't have met in the middle. Side salad was fine, although it's hard to ruin a salad (but you'd think the same about burgers too, especially when it's in the name). Maybe we just visited on an off night? The search for a good burger in PHX continues.....

Customer service was good and the waitress was really nice but we asked for no tomatoes and made sure we stated it a couple of times due to an allergy and the salad came out with tomatoes on it. Not only did it have the cherry tomatoes but one of them looked black and rotten. Usually the salad comes out before the food but in this case, it all came out together but unsure if the tablespoon of ranch would have covered the salad, if it could have been eaten. That being said, the waitress was extremely apologetic and did end up removing the salad from the ticket but in the same avenue, I would have thought this was due to being extremely busy and an over site BUT, only 3 couples were present during this time of the day we went.

We sat ourselves after not being greeted and waited 15 min for someone to come greet us and then asked for our drink orders then a different server brought them back 10 min later and forgot his beer after another 20 min my husband had to walk to the bar to ask for them to make his drink and brought it back himself.

when we ordered the server didn’t know the menu and even argued with me over the options .

When we finally got our food after a long wait they only brought 3 of 4 meals which were cold and the bread was soaking wet soggy and fries were old which I didn’t even say anything about I ate it humbly. You finally brought out my husbands food which was hot thankfully.

We asked for a ketchup she brought us back an empty one so we had to get up and go find a filled ketchup on one of the tables.

When we were done eating we kindly stacked our plates in the nicest way and wiped the table down with our napkin. And sat there patiently for 40 min for our check with not a single worker in the restaurant to which again my husband walked up to the bar and proceeded to wait another 10 min for the server (older white lady with white hair that doesn’t speak clear English) came out from back chewing food and wiping her mouth with a dirty napkin asking if we needed boxes (which she would know all our food was gone if she had visited or glanced out our table) to which I piped in and said “no thankyou we’re done we’d like the check so we can leave please as we’ve been waiting for quite some time”

They didn’t accept Apple Pay so I took my card and went to pay and my husband was going to Apple Pay me and asked how much are you going yo give her and I told him the balance.

I then tipped her $3 and signed the receipt and turn around.

This lady stopped me and threw the receipt back down and said “take your three dollars back clearly your kids need it more than me that’s just DEGRADING!”

I definitely let this waitress know that the food was cold and old and I didn’t say anything about it out of my kindness but we had to do your job three to which my husband had to walk to the bar twice and around the restaurant to find a ketchup and we still didn’t complain. But then to walk out after an hour wiping your face with a dirty napping and chewing food and clarified you hadn’t payed any attention to our table enough to know that our food had been gone and cleaned up for a long time your service wasn’t the best and your actions right now being ungrateful at a tip at that when origionally I didn’t plan on tipping at all is beyond me”

I am completely disappointed with the entire experience they need to do better or find staff that...

Went for a quick lunch with brothers. Thought we try it out and was hoping for a good amount of different types of burgers. Disappointed on how limited the menu was. Server came over and asked what we wanted to drink. Asked What the seasonal was and was answered with "uhhh I'm not sure." Finally got beer after a 5min "checking"(even though there was no in the restaurant), we ordered our burger. After 20mins of waiting the server barely came over "sorry it's taking awhile it's coming up in a bit" after about another 10mins the burgers finally came up. Told us that we wouldn't be disappointed, but we were, the burger was bland and just smothered in toppings. I got "On the border an all I tasted was the pico and guacamole, it was like they were masking the bland burger since I didn't taste it and I ordered a double. The fries were tasteless and mushy. We also ordered another beer and a soda after the food was dropped. Since it wasn't busy we expected it be dropped right away but the server was busy talking with friends on the bar. We reluctantly ate the burgers and wanted the check. When the server finally showed up all he brought was a water. And couldn't remember that we ordered a soda and beer. Told him to cancel it and just to bring the check which was brought right away. Overall the exp wasn't worth the $30. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Rather pay more to go to rehab...
