DiVito's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

These guys Rock! Open every day late too! If you got a hankering for some GOOOD Italian food Devitos is the Shiz Nit ! A friend turned me on to them a while back n I go there at least once a month . There salads are AWESOME:) Not old boring iceberg lettuce that some places call As SpongeBob would say Sal Add. I’m talking good yummy real salad different lettuces n purple onions all kinds of Healthy goes into there salads. There dressings are good too usually I’m all bout Ranch but I’ve switched it up lately & am liking my open to other dressings other than Ranch! There food has flavor and it’s nice n hearty n filling. These guys go out of there way to make sure customers are happy and if you can’t decide. Ask Em what they recommend? Shhh don’t let it get out but they have even made me stuff that wasn’t on the menu! That Rokz! They make me feel like I’m #1 when I go there to eat. That’s what it’s about. Great Customer Service with a big smile n Great Yummy Delicious Foods. Too much to name off I could go on n on bout these guys but try Em out some time. I even remember one time my card wasn’t working so I’m running all over trying to get cash out to pay for dinner n they waited for me to get back and still had smile n very nice about the hole thing! Not a lot of places are so nice bout that kind of stuff. So anywho. They are on Thomas Road n like 52 nd Street I believe it is. It’s on the North Side of The street. Kinda easy to miss if your not paying attention but well worth taking time outa your day to have some lunch or pickup dinner on the way home from work too. They can accommodate. Also These guys help our troops out n Go take them nice hot dinners & drives to where they need to go to serve them Food because Devitos does really care about Helping Our Armed Forces out there and they do more then there part to make sure our military people at least get to eat something Hot and Delicious and not be hungry. They give up so much for us I’m proud to say that I know Devitos Does care and does there part in making this world a better place by helping those who sacrifices there family and friends to keep us all safe and live in a Free Country to be able to do what ever we choose to do . Sorry to start my review on a little bit of a personal note but- I was in a really, REALLY bad mood that only pizza could fix for some reason and DiVito’s completely repaired the rest of my day with its offerings. I’ve seen this restaurant before online and driving past but never got around to trying it, so it was a risky bet to hinge my cure for a bad mood on a random place but it’s one I’m so, so glad I made. The pizza (medium, extra cheese with black olives) was absolutely immaculate and ready crazy quick. I can’t wait to try more of their menu out- they have a board in the window I caught a glance of that I suggest you take a look at as well. The restaurant itself is unassuming but really comfortable inside. I would love to dine in one day when I come back to explore the rest of the menu. I highly suggest you check them out. I didn’t grab pictures this time around but the pizza was every bit as aesthetically pleasing as it was tasty. 10/10 will takeout again and hopefully dine-in one...

I must've passed this place a few thousand times since I moved here decades ago. It's pretty close to where we live. I went on Google Maps to find pizza. This was one of the closest, it had pretty good reviews, so I went there. They had omitted part of the order, so I had to wait 5 minutes. I have to say the people are very friendly, and the owner opened the door for me because my hands were full when I left. I got to know a little about the place. It's not too impressive looking, but the food is good (even my mother-in-law liked it). It's also inexpensive. AND it has a bunch of perfect scores from the health department (all in a row).
