If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! I placed an order and I opted to be updated via text message. I NEVER are received any updates at all. It said either 20-30min or 30-40. Even at 30-40 it was still late. I checked my online account only for it to say that the food was delivered at that very moment. I checked the door and nothing. I called and the employee said the driver somehow delivered it to the wrong address. Iām on 11th PL and it was delivered on 11th ST. They said they could remake it I said fine but asked for something to be given freeā¦definitely not a big ask! I was told they could either give a refund or remake the order. I asked to speak to a manager and Clarissa got on the phone. She said the same thing. I explained that what she was saying wasnāt acceptable as it was NOT any fault of my own. I told her Iād be contacting corporate and she said theyāre not a corporate store. I let her know thereās still someone to report to and Iād be doing just that. She then says sheāll go ahead and refund my card and hung up. Definitely would not go back to this location. She was rude and definitely didnāt give good customer service. I am a business owner and have a great following so all of my followers and everyone else I come in contact with will know about this location. This Dominoes was our go to pizza spot for work group celebrations, sometime ago I had called to ask for the best specials as I wanted to order 8-10 pizzas for the first half of the day. He gave me no special deals, and when I started asking him about the deals I had seen online he said that those were online deals only. I asked him about the buy two med for $6.99 each and he asked me if I had the promo code. He declined giving me that price because he needed this online "promo code". I asked him if maybe his manager could bypass this since I was buying pizzas in bulk, in which he replied "I am the manager". At that moment a shock hit me, as I would never expect such difficulty from a manager, maybe a regular follow the book employee, but not a manager. At 11:40, the dominos tracker said the pizza was checked for quality by a team member. Meaning the pizza was made. At 12pm, the tracker was not updated. I found it a little odd that for 20 minutes the pizza was just sitting there. So I called the dominos store to express my concern. I was reassured the pizza was fine and that it had just come out of the oven and the pizza would arrive fresh and would be delivered within 10 minutes and they were just waiting for the driver.
