Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

There is a young man who works alone in the kitchen as the cook. His work ethic is absolutely superb! There were alot of vehicles in the drive through and a few customers inside the lobby all ordering and waiting for their orders. My order was already given to me but she forgot the bags of carrots lemons and green sauce I ordered as extra sides. But the last that took my order went home after taking my order because her shift was over. I stood at the counter for a minute or 2 and didn't think the cook was paying any attention because he was very busy cooking up orders but he looked up at me and told the only cashier that was working drive thru that I needed service at the counter but she couldn't get to me because the drive through was very busy so the cook stopped what he was doing and came over and asked very politely how he could help me and I told him what I needed and he went and got every single item I ordered but wasn't in the bag with my order yet. And he was very fast and polite and it didn't interfere with anyone else's orders because the whole ordeal only took less than 20 seconds. My son ordered his regular shrimp burrito tonight and was really looking forward to enjoying his meal after a long day. It was so hot and spicy it was nearly inedible. I convinced him to go back and have them exchange it. They refused because he didn't have his recipient. He explained that he didn't want a refund only a replacement for the $10.00 infurno fireball. He returned within 35 min of ordering the burrito it was still kinda warm in their bag and franchise wrapper. I called Fedricos on 43rd and Unionhills when he returned home after dealing with their rude staff. When I called and asked to speak to the manager they put me on hold then told me he couldn't find the manager when I asked what took so long? He then stated it was hard to explain?!? I then asked to speak to the young lady my son spoke to after returning the second time. It took her a while to come to the phone and she gave me the same run around I told her it was poor customer service. I told her that my son would return with his receipt tomorrow for a refund. We will NOT be returning to purchase from this location again. I've personally had bad experiences there prior myself so it seems it might be a continued issue. They had a little kid in the back that touched the cooks hands after he had his fingers in his mouth and the cook went straight back to cooking.. Disgusting I've gave this location 4 chances and only liked it the 3rd time

First time the hardshells for the tacos were soggy and didn't seem cooked done (the meat and everything else was fine),

The second time the Carne Asada burrito was so soggy and the meat was way too chewy compared to the other location on happy valley but when I unfolded the foil the Tortilla ripped and stuck to the liner and was mush

The 3rd time I got a carnitas burrito and it was super good!

The 4th time is what's making me never go there again I walked in with a couple friends and they had a kid about 8 to 10 years old. He was like eating candy or something and had his hands in his mouth and then he was talking to the cook and they touched hands doing something and then the cook goes right back to handling food with no changing of gloves or washing hands etc completely disgusting
