Fly Bye — Restaurant in Phoenix

I stopped because I am always looking for a great fried chicken place. Well this isn't that place - but - but just walk in there and smell the flavors. They make mainly chicken fingers and pizzas and that's enough.

I wasn't looking for those and was ready to leave when the manager came over and asked me what I would like. When i said it wasn't pizza or Chicken fingers he told me they also make a chicken sandwich. Pulled me right in.

I got the sandwich and fries. The sandwich was juicy and really tasty, served on a roll instead of a hamburger bun and I asked for mayonnaise. The fries were crinkle cut and crispy - very good.

This is essentially a fast food atmosphere, clean and functional but not really a sit down and enjoy place.

So overall i loved the sandwich and would order it again. And based on the wonderful smell I plan to try...

My coworker's recommendation led me to Fly Bye Pizza, and I'm so glad it did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Cole, whose cheerful disposition and impressive menu knowledge made ordering a breeze. We decided on the Game Day Special, opting for the Detroit-style large supreme pizza, 12 wings, and house-made ranch. The pizza was a true standout: the fresh mozzarella, flavorful sauce, and perfectly crispy crust bits combined with the toppings for an absolutely delicious pie. We even bought extra of their ranch because it was so incredibly flavorful! While the Honey Hot wing sauce was tasty, I personally would have loved a little more heat. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was consistently friendly, and the restaurant had limited seats but was clean . I'll most definitely be ordering from Fly Bye...

Really good pizza. I ordered the large Detroit style Brooklyn pizza. Came with 8 slices and was enough for 3 of us. The dough was soft fluffy, and delicious. The toppings were very tasty. I enjoyed the crunch the bacon had. The sauce was just the right amount. If you are a sauce lover you MIGHT want to ask for a little more. I thought the amount was good though. I also ordered the 5pc chicken tenders. This is where they lost a star from me. The 5pc was pretty high priced and only came with a small amount of fries. Had I received more fries, would’ve gave 5 stars. For the price of the chicken tenders box, should have came with much more fries. They have a little tiny basket that they scoop fries up in and put in the box. I thought the guy was going to do two scoops due to how small it was, but...
