Fresca's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

Arrived half an hour before closing on Sunday 7.22.18 made an order of a burrito and the plate of tacos Diane j ticket number f-160 when we received the ordered the burrito was missing alot of the ingredients that were asked for and the tacos are was missing the rice I then spoke to the cashiers allowed him to know but he said they had ran out of the rice to top it off the burrito was asked in chicken and was given beef and the taco plate with pinto beans instead of black beans the cashier didn't ask me out of courtesy to replace those items yet I asked him for a refill on a drink and said no he couldn't we told him To refill for those items missing and the guy replied " no I wasn't supposed to serve you anyway close to closing and no cant do " raised his tiny little hand in the air and waved at me saying then bye bye very rude I believe places like these make the food court an disgusting place for dining and should be taken out from the list of options very uncomfortable service and rude staff. Went in for the taco Tuesday special listed on their website. Was told in the store that they don't have any specials, and that the website has nothing to do with them and is for California branches, despite having the same name & menu and being listed as their website on Google. So I paid twice what I was expecting for 3 tacos, $15. Then the tacos were small, the size of street tacos, and mediocre at best. And apparently you can't get carne asada on tacos. I rarely leave reviews, but this place is amazing! I wasn't expecting much, but was happily surprised when it was absolutely delicious. I got the chicken enchilada platter with green salsa. The subtle flavor of the rice and beans is spot on. The enchiladas were also great, and overall the platter came with plenty of food for the price.
