Updated Review:
I recently visited the CVS drive-thru pharmacy and was once again disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. The staff member assisting me—who wore glasses and appeared to be of South Asian descent (noted only to help identify him)—opened the window without a greeting, made no verbal acknowledgment throughout the transaction, and stared at me with an unfriendly demeanor while handing over my medication. I initiated the interaction politely, but it felt like I was being treated as a burden rather than a valued customer.
This isn’t just about one bad day or one employee. A quick look at past reviews shows that this location has received consistent complaints for years about similar behavior—poor communication, lack of empathy, and unwelcoming attitudes. And yet, nothing has changed. The company’s standard response is, “We care about your experience,” but there’s no evidence of meaningful follow-up or improvement. It’s clear these responses are more about optics than actual change.
Pharmacies are not just retail spaces—they’re trusted extensions of our healthcare system. When you leave patients feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, or unsafe, you’re failing at one of the most important aspects of the job: care.
If my insurance allowed me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere, I would do so without hesitation. Until this location takes accountability and invests in real staff training, I cannot in good conscience recommend...
Read moreI received a notice to pick up my prescription on April 5. I went to pick it up on April 10 and then they said the prescription was put back because it wasn’t picked up in time and it only been five days so the girl said they could refill it, but it would take 45 minutes. I told her I didn’t have any more time to waste. I would sit over in the parking lot for 15 minutes and come back which I did and I came back and then a guy comes to the window and tells me they don’t have the medication that they would have to order it. Then he proceeded to tell me that the notice I received was a notice telling me they didn’t have the medicine. Well, that’s contrary to the truth because on my phone on my CVS app told me that the prescription was filled on the fifth, and I did indeed get a notice that it was ready and if that was the truth, why wasn’t it saying in process since the fifth ???? Neither one of the pharmacy associates looked like they could’ve cared less about what was happening and then he says well I will have to order tha.., so why are you just ordering it now on the 10th with no knowledge of when it might show up or when I might be able to pick it up ???and I have to drive 20 minutes to get to the pharmacy so that was a big waste of about an hour and a half of my time …. CVS screwed up and they should’ve owned up to it and try to remedy the situation instead just blew it off and showed no concern whatsoever… it was very...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst pharmacy- I loved my previous pharmacy and had to switch to this one because of an insurance change and it has been a nightmare. The pharmacy is causing me to have health issues - I am so frustrated! I have been trying to get my regular monthly meds for almost two weeks. Nothing new just what I have used for several years. First, I received a text notice that there was an insurance issue. They included a link and a phone number with the text. If you click on the link that said “see full RX status” it takes you to an “error” screen. If you call the phone number you NEVER can speak to a human. If you leave a message it goes to nowhere and you do not get a response. Five days later, I received the same text with the same malfunctioning links and useless phone number. After 10 days, I still do not have my meds and when I physically went there the employee told me they have no record of my calls and that the phone number does not ever go to a live person. He acted as if I called a wrong number and gave me a hand written number which was exactly the same number I had left my previous messages on. In addition, my prescriptions still hadn’t n’t been filled. The whole is system is a nightmare and I will avoid using CVS...
