So today me and my brother took a trip to jack on the box on 7th st in Maryland we ordered a couple tacos a burger a large drink and a Oreo milk shake while we were ordering the store manger Javier has an attitude the whole time and at the end of our order we asked if we can have everything fresh nothing personal it’s just I’m pregnant and i ask for everything fresh every where i go he says they make all the food fresh so we get the window to pay he repeats and says they make all the food fresh so he gives us everything but the milk shake and we asked about it he gives it to us with an attitude worse then he had before so we pull off to the side to check the food and it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even close to melted so we parked and walked in we spoke to one of the employees and she said politely she’ll get the manger so the manger comes up (Javier) with the same attitude says he’s not gonna remake anything he’ll just give us a refund without even asking if that was ohk and on top of that he snatches the bag out my brothers hand so we asked for cooperates number he refuses to give it to us and told us to look for it ourselves this man was rude and should be very ashamed to even call himself a manger i don’t recommend this place to anyone the service is poor and rude if that’s the type of service you give to you customers as a manger i wonder how the employees act i definitely won’t be eating...
Read moreI did a mobile order and went to pick it up. Definitely more to the story, but I don’t even care to go into detail but I will. Despite the initial convenience of placing my order through the mobile app, the experience took an unexpected turn. As I arrived at the restaurant to collect my food, I was met with a unwanted reply and hand gestures. It seemed like an orchestra of disarray and frustration played out before me.
The line designated for mobile order pickups was unusually long, snaking its way through the restaurant. Impatiently, I joined the queue, hoping to receive my order swiftly and escape the pandemonium. However, as minutes turned into what felt like hours, my patience wore thin. I informed him I already submitted my order through the app to which he replied that nothing is going to happen until the police show up.
Not sure what occurred but the line started to kove about 10 minutes later. I work in customer service.
Customers work our nerves regardless of industry. The choice is how we decide to manage the situation. This guy lost his cool and failed to manage the issue. I lost every sense of fast in fast food by waiting for this nonsense to subside. As a result I became personally involved when the quality of service that I received was impacted by this event. Oh, and to top it off I didn't even...
