This playground has two sections, both of which are encircled with a sidewalk. The floor is sand and certain sections is red foam- very cushy but worn out in some places. I don't recall seeing any benches, but there are some ramadas that you can hang out in and cool off in. One of the play area sections is not shaded and it has some sand-colored slides and bridges. There also were some toddler swings. The other section is shaded and pretty much had the same layout of slides and bridges; there were regular swings on that side. There are no monkey bars. Read moreVery well kept & clean. Great place to enjoy the outdoors in the middle of the city. Take time to walk all around to discover some history. Take a snack & sit by the little lake & listen to the birds & ducks. They are very used to humans so if you sit close to water, expect company. Read moreLove this park, Now with this covid its changed but my nieces love the ducks, can go fishing. Walk around the park for excercise, used to have a playground for children they have BBQ grills, picnic tables for a cook-out with friends or family. They used have a lot of activities going on certain days, Events like Concerts, Indian traditions tribal dancing, Pride festival, Scottish Festival, Highland games, Park is still amazing.. Until we see you again when covid ends....
