I know the amount of business and hard work that's involved with keeping a high-cover place like this and I can definitely say that they are very quick and organized in their service and the processing of orders. I would, however, like to remind them that the quality of the food served and the portioning/presentation should always remain consistent despite however many "tickets on the rail," or people waiting to get their food. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast, as they say. In turn, it might slow things to a point where someone may feel comfortable cooking more or training someone to take over as an additionally available cook to keep making more menu options / food to serve. I know at other Pandas I've visited, no matter the time of day or how close to close it is, it is not generally acceptable to have any one thing let alone half your menu unavailable because it isn't being cooked an hour before close at least 2 nights of the week. Definitely understand product waste can be an issue, but no one is going to buy it if there's consistently not enough of the food most popularly ordered to offer it as an option or studdenly reduce the portion immensely. The worst is having both the smaller portion and not getting what you wanted in the first place. Just so you know, generally people add more of whatever else is available to the order to compensate for the missing item. I have been turned away from this location due to the hard rule of closing being the precise minute that the clock turns. These are all normal problems restaurants all have when we lose track of what the end goal here is which is making the food that you would want to get in that box be in there, and look how you would want to see it. The golden rule pretty much. My partner honestly broke his tooth on the crunchy fried rice that we had to rehydrate with sweet and sour because you guys were out of noodles 30 minutes prior to closing, and you didn't have shrimp or orange chicken. We were forced to eat incredibly spicy food that was honestly the smallest portion I had ever gotten. All that and for the same 25 dollars. I may be a bit spoiled but I know you guys are more capable than that! Hope things improve soon! And try...
Read moreThis store keeps getting worse and worse. They always forget things in our online pick-up orders, and NEVER EVER include our sauces that are clearly printed on our receipts (see photo with note we always include), we always ask if everything is included because they tie the bags shut for no reason, but most recently we've been getting the complete wrong orders with our receipt attached but a different order with different stickers on the items. Most recently we never got a text saying our order was ready (it actually came through 3-4 hours later?), the manager (big guy with dark curly hair) ignored us multiple times because he was too busy buying snacks from a guy on a golf cart in the parking lot. We've given them every opportunity to make things right; we reached out multiple times in multiple ways only for CS to play games with us via email.. We still haven't received a refund for getting the complete wrong order (this was 2 weeks ago now, which is also how long it took CS to get back to us), and don't want the individual coupon codes they sent us where we can only use 1 per order, meaning we have to give them even more of our money and go multiple times to break even with these codes (if we actually get our correct order while using them).. We used to come here every Sunday when it's never busy, but it's been flop after flop after flop. The 'manager' ignoring us multiple times was the last straw on top of getting the complete wrong order and CS not making things right. Going to file a claim with my bank to get my money back and will go elsewhere moving forward. (And if someone from the company replies to this telling me to go to their website to report what happened with a photo of our order/receipt, just know that we already did...
Read moreJust went through the drive thru, got home and my orange chicken and fried rice were ice cold and the chicken was ROCK HARD…I couldn’t even chew it..The drive home is 2 minutes!! I get back in the car and drive back…go inside and complain the lady is Totally RUDE about it, tells me well this is the orange chicken you just got points at the cold food..it will be awhile before you can get fresh..I said well I’d like fresh, they told her it would only be 3 minutes…so the new fresh HOT orange chicken comes out, she proceeds to take that cold old orange chicken over to the drive thru side to serve to Togo customers. Absolutely disgusting never again will I go through the drive thru…and before switching it out she continued to serve it to multiple guests inside knowing I just told her it was cold and hard. Talk about lazy and disrespectful!! Knowingly serving poor food to people because she doesn’t care!!! The fact she tried to get me to not ask for fresh food was also embarrassing “if you want fresh hot orange chicken you’re going to wait awhile!” Apparently 3 minutes is awhile!! The best part is the manager was right there the whole time, didn’t ask why I was unhappy or why I was requesting new food because mine was so bad. Nothing. Just ignored the situation. So don’t go to the drive thru, god only knows how old the food they serve the customers in the drive thru actually is!! They replace the food sitting in the front with fresh food and move the old food to the drive thru area. Soo wrong and soo...
