We live right down the street and never go here. Decided to create an online account and place an order. After placement the time it said it would be ready was 3 minutes from the current time so we hurried up and got in the car. We sat at the dt window several minutes before anyone even greeted us. We were told to go around the corner and wait (so they can cheat their dt times; there was already one car ahead of us doing the same) Lady had short brown hair. After several more minutes of waiting for an order we were told would be ready much sooner (and they weren't busy whatsoever, we were 1 of 3 total customers) the same lady with short brown hair finally came out with my order and I asked if everything was there, she said yes, and we got home only to find out there were multiple items missing. We already filled out the survey on the link from the order email and asked to be contacted (a week has gone by and nothing), so here's another bad review for bad service and employee's who can't be bothered to do their very very simple job. (I worked at a very busy taco bell for 5 years in hs/college).
UPDATE 5+ weeks later they sent us 2 coupons in the mail for free combo's and guess what?! The store we had our issue with doesn't accept them and there's no way of knowing which stores accept these coupons and which ones don't lolol. What a joke!!! We were told several days ago that a manager would reach out to us, but it takes them a week to reply to every email. Going to file a claim with my bank to get our money back and never go to any JITB ever again. Hopefully this store goes away and something better takes...
Read moreA clean restroom and atmosphere says a lot about a restaurant whether or not the food is good or not for me the first thing is appearance inside and outside I always wash my hands before I place an order so that I can enjoy my meal the bathroom was in poor condition definitely needed some serious attention I brought it up to the girl at the front counter she was disinterested she had an attitude like she's heard it before her attitude was I just cleaned it when I asked her why the bathrooms were like that I'm from the old school I'm not going to go there but my dad used to say when you do something halfway it wasn't a good thing LOL the food was horrible I don't know if they were trying to compete with the restroom or not they did not offer any trades to sit inside the restaurant everything was in bags so when I was handed my food I sat down to enjoy my mailing notice there wasn't any napkins so I asked the manager where the napkins were because it was my first time being there and I felt the napkin should have been in the back to begin with she said we're not allowed to touch anything outside of the counter area I was really disappointed even the manager's attitude was ugly so I'm just saying unless you're really starving there's other Jack in the boxes in the area I would stay away from this one if I were you and I hope the owner reads this and reprimands management and staff matter of fact I wonder if the owner of the restaurant the restrooms are in this bad of condition I highly doubt it but then again the apple doesn't fall far from the tree...
Read moreLate new year's Eve after a Suns game their tacos. Went to the counter inside to avoid difficulties communicating with a faceless speaker. Honestly, I regretted that soon after. Three monster tacos that I had to say 4 times I wanted the "original" and instead I got and was charged for the upgrade of bacon. You might ask why did I pay for it, but after watching the manager and this employees interaction I realize that this is going to be an uphill battle. I also was unlucky enough to be able to watch the kitchen work and again why did I order well I didn't notice what was going on until after I paid for it. There's a sign up there if you're not happy to call the number and you know they can't fix it you get your meal free.if my mail is in been right I'm not happy if you give it to me it's not what I wanted and that's exactly what happened at the here. If you're still going to this place after my review I hope you take good notice of corporate specials because this owner does his very best hide them from you with the exception of two advertisements on the window. I found one placard of their specials glued to the counter away from your eye sight of the big glass lighted boards. one last thing I've been going to this Carl's jr.
