La Original Cabeza de Res- Phoenix — Restaurant in Phoenix

I went into this food establishment for just one order of carne asada fries w/beans added and an horchata for my mother. I get it to her and she noticed they didn't add the guacamole (mind they already come with guacamole and cheese) we just added beans which they did put. I called them to notify them, they tell me to go back to get another, since they are about to close I tell them it will be about 20-25 min (I asked if they would like me to take this one back, the guy said No). So of course I tossed them, what do I need them for if it's not right. Sent my husband back and all they gave him was guacamole, so of course he call me (what am I supposed to do with just guacamole?). I called again, first time get hung up on. Second time they answered and the guy said he only told me he was giving me a side of guacamole (which he didn't, not worth my gas). I wouldn't of sent my husband back (20-25 min drive) for a side of guacamole. I could of just cut up an avocado and save my gas. I was expecting exactly what I ordered. Very upset because now my mom is left without a meal but got a side of guacamole (Not worth almost $23.00) because someone first couldn't get her order right and second they decided not to replace her order and make it right. Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u!!! This restaurant is pretty hidden from view. The restaurant is clean inside and out with plenty of tables to eat on. During my visit I had a menudo which come with a toasted bread. The menudo was very good plenty of meat in the soup and the bread was nicely butter toasted and also tasted good. I also had a quesadilla and had plenty of melted yellow cheese. The food was great especially on a cold morning. However the customer service was non existing the chaser service was horrible was not listening no my order or the order of others and lost of missed communicate between the cashier and kitchen and causing more confusion. I got a call from Armandos Restaurant. The lady that called me was Jennifer. They wanted to help them pick up overflow trash from their trash dumpsters. I guess their regular trash service didn't show up. She explains the job and we settle on a price. Keep in mind she called me on a Saturday at 1pm. I told her I could move my schedule around and I could be there by 3pm. I get there at 3pm and ask to speak to Jennifer. She's not there and they told me they have made other arrangements. I called Jennifer and she said the same thing. I asked why she didn't call me and explain. She didn't have a care in the world that I went above and beyond to help them out.
