No stars!!! Visited this location before I went to work on 3/20/24 at 10:30 AM. Went to the DT because it was supposed to be a faster service. I paid & the young man told me to drive around and park in the next available spot. Pulled around to find that there were no available spots. While waiting, there were 2 more cars that pulled up behind me after ordering. So now we are blocking traffic coming in & customers trying to pull out of their parking stall.
WHY DO THEY DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS?
During the 10 mins I was waiting no one came to give me my order, but others that came after me received theirs. Time was ticking to clock in, so I went inside to check. Young man asked me what I needed with an impolite & hasty attitude. I advised him that I didn't receive my order, so he SHOUTED back my order no. and the young woman looked at me and YELLED with an ATTITUDE that they gave me my order. I answered that I wouldn't be standing here if I did. She gave me this stink, unprofessional look, rolled her eyes, cocked her head and said we'll get it right out. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!!
I EVEN PUT MY RECEIPT ON MY DASHBOARD SO THEY COULD SEE WHICH ONE IS MY ORDER, SMH!!!
Young man proceeded to tell me people make mistakes. I laughed but told him I understood, but I needed to get to work, and the mistake they made would cause me to be tardy at work. He just shrugged it off. No empathy and still NO APOLOGY from any of the crew working. Finally, with DISGUST & ANGER, I received my order. I did not enjoy eating fast while I was driving to work. To make it even worse, my BURGER WAS COLD AND THE FRIES WERE STALE. I made it work with 3 mins. to clock in. DAMN LIVID!!! If that one person did his/her job correctly, I would've had enough time to sit in the lounge and enjoy my brunch with 15 mins to spare.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO EMPATHY. UNRELIABLE. IRRESPONSIBLE. QUANTITY OVER QUALITY!!!

Read moreThis McDonald's store # 16281 has THE WORST trained staff! From the manager on duty, to the food prep, and counter staff, they all have done a horrible job representing McDonald's. On my last five visits I have been left waiting at the counter to place my order. I have previously waited at the counter for eight minutes, four customers deep, all of us wanting and waiting to place our orders. I walked out in disgust and went to a competitor. When my order has been taken within a respectable amount of time, the burgers were made and packaged sloppily, the fries are ALWAYS soggy and under cooked, and the soda machines are usually nasty, sticky, and covered in goo.
Why don't I go to another McDonald's you ask? This one is very convenient to my home and the other McDonald's are a few miles in either direction and take me out of the way. So..... corp management, this franchise location is an embarrassment to your brand while the other corp owned locations farther from my house are all run smoothly with no noticeable issues and are what I expect from McDonald's. This franchised place though, they are in severe need of monitoring via secret shopper, undercover boss, or hidden cameras. Heck, I would even be happy if the franchise was revoked, the restaurant closed, and someone else opened up a different (hopefully well run) restaurant to take its place. SOMETHING needs to be done!

Read moreI've not been here long... but... this is the BEST MCDONALD'S... we have been to. It was very clean, quiet, people in uniforms and looking correct. The young black man at the register with the locks was such the sweetheart!!! He came back by to check on us to make sure we had everything. He was generously polite. The mgr. brought us our food and even he was nice and professional. I'm amazed!!! Just never seen one of these this well operational and put together!!! No staff in the back playing around... Very very clean. Even the window guy said hello and welcomed us. We have NEVER NEVER EVER...& we have been to the special one in Asheville, NC. Asheville store can't touch this and that store is a one of a kind store for corporate. On the way out the door, the young man on the register told us thank you and that he appreciated us coming. Like WOW WOW WOW!!! JUST AWESOME!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! GIVE THAT YOUNG MAN A RAISE AND SOME MORE RESPONSIBILITIES!!! He looks and very much acted like he can not only play the part... but he can handle it. He handled things like a champ... n he's black which makes me even more proud!!! Yes!!! It's humbling and beautiful to see our young youth coming up the right way!!!...
