Mello Sunshine Boba — Restaurant in Phoenix

From the moment you walk in you're greeted by Cherry who along with her partner is what makes this place fantastic. Lots to do while there too. But it's all about the boba... And here it's hot, chewy and sweet. I suggest ordering lower sweetness in the tea and buying a 2nd tea to go, because you're going to want it.

I've had boba in most of the 50 countries I've been to, and Mochi Fresh in Tempe is still the best in the world, but if I can't make that drive, Mello is now my backup.

I wish Cherry and her partner all the success in the world... These are the types of human beings we want to see succeed so give them all the suggestions and continue to support them! If they ever dare to make fresh pearls from scratch then they'll totally knock this out of the park.

Amazing staff, and was definitely understanding of both me and my friend, who were supwr hyper when we came in, and explained the menu. The atmosphere was amazing and both of the owners were fantastic, kind and just as eager to make a sale as we were to buy from them. We are definitely coming back for more, and ordering more from the menu (especially now that I saw the coffee menu) and hoping to chat more! The games make the room very homely, and inviting to those just walking by. Please give this place a shot, and get the suvinere cup, they are amazing!

(Ps, hey owners you guys should get the card game Sabobatage, it would be neat touch and I cant wait to see...

Like others have said the folks that run this place are great and some of the nicest people you will encounter, provide excellent service and are more than happy to make your drinks custom to order. Unfortunately they aren't open before 12 noon and the atmosphere is a bit too disorganized. It seems they are going for a "cozy" vibe, but it doesn't work when it feels like walking into someone's cluttered living room. (FYI the mini SNES doesn't add charm, it's clutter.) I'm hoping the owners can up their game as this place has A LOT...
