ONE OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE at this Cafe. Nearly two months ago, I traveled to Phoenix for business, and I was planning to pick up my rental car. However, when I reached the counter, I learned that I needed to show my reservation email, which contained important confirmation details. To access my email, I needed to sign in, but there was no internet available, and the rental agency didn’t offer Wi-Fi. I went around asking people if they had a hotspot I could use, but I had no luck. Then, I stopped at Magazine Cafe & Market and asked one of the employees if they had Wi-Fi I could use for just a moment. That’s when I received exceptional customer service from an employee named Jaylin Brown. He noticed my frustration and, after a brief conversation about my situation, he offered his personal hotspot to help me out. I was eventually able to connect to the airport's Wi-Fi and access my email, thanks to Jaylin’s generosity. I want to personally thank Jaylin for his outstanding support when I wasn’t even his customer. Despite not using his hotspot or making a purchase, he went out of his way to assist me, showing how much he cares about his customers. Jaylin is an excellent example of an employee who truly shines. In fact, he outshined the rental agency I rented my car from! I made a promise to myself that every time I pass through the airport to pick up my car, I will stop by his cafe to grab a coffee and a snack. Really nice atmosphere service is great sandwiches are not fresh to order out of a package straight to the microwave if I wanted a hot sandwich I would had ordered a damn panini I wasted my lunch and money advertised some nice sandwich selections but it's garbage I should have listened to the rental agent who is also an employee at the rental car center stay away from the food I only get the drinks if you want a sandwich that came from the Frozen aisle and placed in a microwave this place is for you at least the airport give the employees a discount I'll stick to my lunch at terminal 4 and get a real handcraft fresh made to order sandwich you be better off going to Subway...
