To who(m)-it may concern; Im tired, of trying to get in touch with-A dang, manager, for this store: 1515 E Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85007, ive tried, 1-too many times, and quite personally, im starting to think They Dont Care, so letme start by saying: i live in immediate area, not that, this should matter; But i go to:Subway, quite Often, and Im tired, of getting told-one-thing all for it, to be another! Bottom-line; Your Sandwhich makers, be overcharging, and getting away with it, So 03/31/25, i go in there, to get hubby and i dinner, guess, what happens? You guessed-it same thing, that used-to-happen; I get overcharged, for same-two subs, i always, get like; $27.78-Over charged, for Same two-subs, i always, get, We are tired, of it, you always, be allowing, or your employees just get away, with it, i had $30/to my name, but this doesn’t excuse, what she did, and im tired, of it, Something, needs to be said/and done, you say something, to employees, and what do they do!? Look at you, stupid/or dumbfounded, it’s seriously; BS, and i will take it as high up, as necessary, its wrong. So my point, my subs, might’ve been, maybe $15-17-in total i had my Subway, rewards, ad everything, but, this employee, who proceeds, to lie, says; oh, well, your 4-points, away, from $2-off, lying-yeah, im not, gonna say, it, but needless, to say, my points, were in 500-range, that would’ve been enough, $4.00-off, but no, she proceeds, to take off 10%, telling me its her, employee, discount-again, she lied! Anyhow, im not, gonna be satisfied until, a store-manager, contacts, me, and attempts, to correct or fix, its wrong! And, quite personally, your store, BY THE AIRPORT BEING 15th-St/Buckeye, Has folks, hustling, customers, for highest, charge, its not-ok! My family, works, just as hard, for what we have but, seriously we will stop going to SUBWAY, period, why!? Tired of nonsense, tired, of 1-minute, charged-correctly, next minute-you, got employee, and its always, on night-time-shift, that does, what thinks they got you sized, up so they over-charge you, with a smile!! Nope not, doing this with you, Subway+I do believe your price gouging, that’s terrible! I know, everyone has to make a living, but, not like that, at all! Wrong/again, i will find out who to report this-to, and wont stop, why?? Because its wrong!! And, my family, and i in long run, hurt or double-charged, for something we could’ve gotten/should’ve, gotten two meals, out of! Anyhow, i wish subway, the best, but your night-time, yes some during the day, because this happened previously before, over-charge, with a smile, ive worked, Previously where-they are; Maybe NOT Subway, but my point, you dont do people, like this, especially good-loyal-customers, love coming, and eating your food! Read moreSo I came on my 30 minute lunch to get a sandwich and a worker who said his name was Jermaine 6:17PM 04/15/2022 was noticed treating a lady before me rudely and sprayed a abnormal amount of mayonnaise on her sandwich right after she kindly asked him to put a medium amount of mayonnaise and he soaked her sandwich in mayonnaise and then when he came to me and it came to him putting my sandwich together, all I get is veggies and I asked him to put light onions, he put more onion than I wanted so I asked him to take off some of the onions, he then looked at me and started to get hasty and said if I don’t like the way he is making my sandwich then I can leave, as he is spiting in my food because he was gleaking as he was talking so aggressively because I then asked for his name and he started getting rude and telling the other employees to not give me their names because he said he is the supervisor. And he said he was not going to make my sandwich. I work at the airport and the way this employee treated the lady in front of me was absurd. Even the vagrants that are normally on the street don’t act this way. The other worker ignored me at first when I asked his name, then later told me his name was Hayden. Jermaine is by far the rudest person I have come across at this subway and I come here a lot.
